In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. This is the second time we have ordered from here and we had a bad experience. They said our pizza was on the way when I called, 30 mins later nothing, called again and they said should be there shortly another 30 mins goes by and ends up showing up. An hour later the drive was six minutes away from our place….. Honestly I was vey understanding but please be straight forward if you can deliver. An hour after our food said was done is to much, by time our food was here wasn’t really warm anymore.

Kinda disappointed. They gave me a round pizza when I thought they were known for Detroit deep dish. I didn’t select that option, didn’t think I needed to. Might as well go to Marcos. Make up your mind, are you going to do deep dish or not? That’s the whole reason I buy your pizza. But now I got an ordinary round because I didn’t think to double check. Meh

it is edible, but how did pineapple end up on all of my pizzas? the workers need to look closer, the driver did great though, made it here on time and safely (the road i live on people tend to drive dangerous on)
and I called to let them know they would benefit from double checking, its a fast pace job working in food service, but the food still has to be correct.
the young lady on the phone was also very rude, dismissing me to get her manager. Im unsure of what to say you arent able to relay a message.
the worst part is she didnt even put me on hold, the phone was set down and I was able to overhear unprofessional comments.

Paid $40 after delivery and tip for a Jet10 and a cheezy bread.
Food took almost an hour and a half to show up with almost no toppings on the Jet10. I love Jets, I get it all the time, I’ll be driving to go to a better Jets from now on.

My order came 2 hours after I made it online. Estimated time was an hour from ordering, but it took an additional hour on top of that. Looks like it happens to others too based on these past reviews. I don’t want to be THAT person leaving a bad one, but unfortunately I feel the need to share this information with anyone else considering a delivery order. I like Jet’s Pizza—I think it’s solid. Just don’t think delivery should even be an option if people have to wait 2-3 hours for it (my pizza came cold too).
