In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. I got a veggie pizza (pictured) and a meat pizza, and both were great. Lots of toppings and cheese, and a good amount of sauce. The pizza was hot, fresh, and ready on time. The pizza was also better than the Jet’s in South Lyon. I ordered online, so I was able to apply my coupon and see the correct price before paying. The prices are typical for Jet’s; more expensive than Little Caesars but cheaper than a nice sit down pizzeria.

These people. . . . The guy who took our order over tbe phone had no flipping idea that they actually offer a seasoned coliflower crust pizza so we went with a not close second choice of thin crust pizza. The other pizza we got was so burnt. We payed for 2 sauces and only received one. They really need new staff.

Jets is clearly the best of the pizza chain restaurants in Michigan. While I am a serious pizza afficionado and prefer truly great, individually owned pizza shops, when I’m in a pinch, or in an area where those are not available, I can certainly enjoy a pizza from Jets. They are well made, use quality ingredients and a good value. Their Detroit style steel pan variety tends to be their best pizza, by quite a msrgin. . Jets Boats are also tasty sandwiches, particularly the Italian and Jets bread is very solid.

If you are considering ordering food from here, consider all the negative reviews. They are there for a reason. The prices are absolutely outrageous.
I paid $50 for two pizzas tonight. One just had pepperoni as a topping, that’s it. I asked to see an itemized receipt upon pick-up. I noticed there were coupons online for the pizza I ordered, and I asked why that wasn’t applied to my order? I was told by the manager that it’s only applied “ if the customer says something”. Quit price gouging your customers! I left a complaint with corporate regarding the extremely poor customer service. I’ll never go back.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery last night, which was great. I added a $5 tip for the driver and when he showed up, he asked me to sign the receipt. This receipt only showed a total and a spot for a tip (He had the other itemized receipt in his hand). When I asked “did I leave a $5 tip” he played dumb, so I would tip him another $5. Come on man…

I have been ordering from here for many years. I can’t get over how expensive it is to order even one pizza from Jets now. Wow. If you do a little research, even on Youtube, you can learn how to make your own pizza at home for less than half the price of this.

I love jets, the pizza is very good, staff is very nice and they’re very fast.
that being said, the prices for a pizza are crazy high, I would order from jets more often if it wasn’t almost 40+ for a pizza and a side of bread, I could go to cottage inn or any other pizza place and get that same meal for half the price.

Got yo say once we moved to alabama I missed this place. When I got back into town last Saturday I asked my son where should I get pizza from? He said Jets. My god it’s been 10 years. Come to Bama.im sure you’d be a hit. Not a chain person but, I do have an exception. Further more we had it on Easter egg coloring night at my best friend since 6 and it was just as good from a different location. That says something. Who would of thought pizza could be so hard but dang that crust on the deep dish is amazing.
