I ordered on New Year’s Eve for delivery and they had to cancel due to it being too late for them to accept my order. I was supposed to be refunded and wasn’t. Amanda was amazing at taking care of everything and getting it sorted out. I appreciate how nice all of the staff is when I come in and how easy they handle situations! I love the food and highly recommend this location:)

absolutely horrible!!! ordered meat deep dish and jalapeno bread, for $29.11 we were expecting a decent meal. Perhaps they were cleaning the oven as my pizza went through. you can see the toppings crispy throughout. not even worth mentioning how terrible the bread was, its a side note to dinner. oh well, my dogs seemed to like it. will NEVER visit this location again.

Five stars because they do what they are supposed to do every time without mistakes.
Is it the best pizza in town? No. That would be fence and winery, or Crispelli’s inside of the rail yard. However, they never mess up your order, they’re never late, and they’re always friendly inside.
So if you like jet’s Pizza, then this is a safe place to order from.

The point of a delivery order is because you can’t or don’t want to go to the store to pick it up. My food was delivered and it was cold and hard. This place is a complete crock. The people that work here need retraining. What I got was cold pizza and bread like it’s 10 degrees outside. I called and instead of apologizing and seeing if I wanted it remade and redelivered the response was… “Oh it was sitting there a while there’s nothing we can do.” Then after my response and being on hold for 8 minutes it was I can give you a $25 credit. The total was $45, you have to be kidding. I won’t be back I’ll spend my money anywhere else. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. There should be the option of zero stars..
