Ordered small pizza.. had 4 slices.. vegi.. looked very good smelled very good. ..tasted bland.. pizza dough had zero flavor… pizza of 4 slices was over priced.. may try again .. service was good

We don’t do Jets as much since Covid because toppings seem to be getting scimpier and its hard to justify the price for mostly crust/cheese (although very delicious crust!) Typically we have great service though, until recently. Being hopelessly midwestern, we always get jets ranch for dipping. My bf forgot to include it in online delivery order so he called the store thinking this wasnt a big deal. Young man said he would have to ring it separately to put on card which would make it twice the price for some reason ($12). We thought that was weird but then he said we could just give cash to deliverer instead for normal price, so we said ok. He never told the delivery guy though who had no idea about the request since it wasnt on our ticket, so not sure why he suggested that without bothering to communicate to driver.

Don’t order your pizza from here unless you like it burnt and crunchy like Lays potato chips! I called in and spoke to so called General Manager Justin! Told him my pizza was burnt. He told me since he made its impossible that it can be burnt. I guess he likes to be combative with the customers. Dont visit or patronize this location. Go to the one in Novi!

This Jets is a gem. The TV inside will get you HUNGRY! The pizza is always great, the service is always great, you can not go wrong with any pizza from Jets of Wixom! Thank you everyone over there! I’ve ordered from this particular location for several years and never been disappointed, The pizza is excellent. The staff has always been very nice. I had a conversation with the owner who was very helpful, answered all my questions, and I really appreciated him very much. I recommend highly Jets Pizza in Wixom….

Being from NY, I struggle with other regions’ idea of what pizza is because….c’mon man. these little rectangular prisms are considered slices (at least here). 90% bread, 10% everything else. Perhaps Michigan isn’t known for its pizza? I don’t know.

We just moved to the area and we have had jets 2 times so far from the wixom location. Both times were PHENOMENAL!! We loved it so much we have had it every time we want pizza. Efficiency-5star

I wish I could get a great pizza everytime. Like cook everything the same way every time… shouldn’t be hard. Fact is it must be because it’s hit and miss if I get a great pizza or average. Wish it was always great because when it is.. its GREAT.

got a take out pizza, got home to find out they gave me a burnt pizza. They all just stood there, handed me my pizza knowing that I wouldnt see it until i got home. Will never go back to a place that burns your food and then just watches you walk out the door.
