Another late delivery. After waiting 60 minutes I had to call and find out it would be another 40 minutes because they are “short on drivers” and “corporate won’t let them use doordash”. Pizza hadn’t even left yet. Girl was rude and hung up.

Ordered $40 worth of food over the phone, because we were unable to online. On a THURSDAY. After 1 hour and 17 minutes, called and asked to speak to a manager, the young lady said she’d have to speak to the manager. ♀️ I said you are the manager. She replied she’d have to speak to the “store manager”. UMM. What?We just want our money back. Canceled the order. They are 3 minutes down the road. Literally. Do not order delivery! Only pickup from this location! You will NEVER get your food! Too many other options. Normally under 30 minutes! No options to tip when you have to call. Feel bad for your drivers! Lost a nice cash tip ♀️

As I started eating, I realized that my pepperoni bread had literally 6 pieces of pepperoni. My boyfriend’s boat was also maybe 90% bread. Food was edible though. I’d recommend going to the White Lake one if possible. Never have issues there.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza with extra garlic on the crust, double cheese, lite sauce, pepperoni and mushroom. What I got was a pizza with no garlic, no double cheese it looked like the mushrooms were added after it was cooked and the pizza was as thin as paper. I have NEVER been so disappointed. I don’t know if it was because they were closing 28 minutes after my order but it’s enough that I won’t order again! Lesson learned!! Jets used to be my favorite

Jets deep dish pizza is so much better than the competitions “deep dish” that it is almost no competition at all..
This jets is great! Must have great employees or management or something because the pizza from this place is fire, it’s always clean when we go in there and the staff is quick to take our order/give us our food. If you want a dam good pizza and you live in this milford area, this jets pizza is the only choice..
