So, they send coupons in the mail with promo codes that “must be presented in-store or input online.” I tried to input online to make an order for delivery. It wouldn’t take the code. I called the store and was told I couldn’t use it for delivery as it had to be brought into the store for use. What a joke!!!

First time ordering jets in a very long time and first time ordering from this location. Got 2 large deep dish pizzas. The pizza looked really good out of the box but unfortunately when I ate a few slices it was a major disappointment. The pizza was so incredibly bland. I ordered toppings, got extra sauce and flavored crust but for whatever reason it had no flavor at all. Also they are pretty stingy with how much topping they put on your pizza.

We ordered from GH or DD , it was few months ago, they never showed up with our 6 pizzas. Jets replaced all of the pizzas for free, we were overwhelmed by their kindness and generosity ! The pizza was delicious as usuals!

I had ordered on line wanting a square pizza and not realizing they only had them them in two sizes either small or large.
I had ordered a medium and got a round pizza instead call the store.
The manager was so kind to remake a new one for me even though it was my fault.
I was very impressed by the customer service and the food is always fresh and never disappoints.
