Regardless, I suggest management take the time to re-train their staff because it’s clearly a widespread problem.
They answered all my questions and made sure I got all the deals I could get. Hours are same hours as before pandemic.

One extra large pizza and you guys deliver me a large pizza and four slices on the side without contacting the customer and just letting him know. And then trying to tell me it’s equivalent to the same amount you guys know it’s equivalent to the same amount. I’m not cutting pieces up all day and measuring and pricing what’s equivalent I just know to go online and buy an extra large pizza so why wasn’t I informed?! I didn’t ask what is equivalent !
A simple call “Hey, we made an update on the extra large pizza its cut a certain way and not in one box”
I shouldn’t be surprised to what I’m being handed. The lack of understanding and professionalism all time high!
What else aren’t they contacting the customer about due to updated changes to our orders!?
