Ordered online for delivery. It took almost 45 minutes to just place the order. The website does not work too well. The order was on time but pizzas were cold. Also missing the ordered bacon on one pizza. I took the order back to the store. They offered to remake it. I told them it was too late because the rest of my party had eaten the 2nd pizza. I returned one pizza with one bite removed. I prefered a refund.
I was told the online ordering system and the texting ordering system were not part of Jet’s, and they could not credit my charge card. They did end up giving me cash.
Not happy that I paid for delivery yet had to drive to the store to return the pizza. And I tipped for less than good service because the tip was made before the product was received. Big mistake! as was ordering online and ordering from this location.

you know i’m from the east side originally and nearly every jets pizza knocks it out of the park especially vandyke and 21 mile location. I got my pizza delivered and the quality is generally pretty good at this one better than farmington hills. The pizza dough was so under cooked that the dough didn’t rise like they usually have it, there isn’t extra sauce on it like i requested and cheese and pepperoni was very sparse.

WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN. I paid for a large deep dish with 3 toppings. I literally got two slices of pepperoni per slice two slices literally of just jalapeno per slice and very little bacon which is not on even every slice. What a complete waste of money. Will never go to a place that expects you to pay almost 20 bucks for a pizza but they’re too cheap to put on the actual bacon and to put more than two slices of jalapeno on a slice what a complete joke.

My friends and I had coupons for free, one-topping pizzas. They were one per order. I tried to call and place all the orders at once just to make it easier on them, but they wouldn’t let me. I understood, so each of my friends and I ordered separately. We weren’t allowed to use them because we knew each other. We were told “one per household”, but I kept explaining that we weren’t all in the same household and that’s not what the coupons say. The coupons say one per order, and we all had separate orders. I was told I was disrespectful on the phone, which is just ridiculous because I didn’t raise my voice or speak rudely. I asked my questions and placed my order. Austin, the manager, went on a power trip and refused to honor the coupons. My kid was hungry and waiting in the car, so I gave in and paid. Had I been by myself, I would have just left. I will say the first woman on the phone was very kind, but mentioned her boss didn’t want to honor the coupons, so I asked if I could just speak to him directly so she didn’t have to play telephone. I wish I would have just talked to her.
