In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Each time I order a topping or request extra, the portion provided is minimal. When I place delivery orders, the food frequently arrives cold. Additionally, when I called to place an order, the staff member sounded irritated and spoke very quickly, which made the interaction feel rushed. She did not provide her name or ask for mine, which came across as unprofessional.

Just called up a moment ago and asked a simple question to the young man answering the phones… It was a simple question but he proceeded to ask his manager and I overheard her say no problem Go ahead or whatever she said but yet when he came back to the phone to talk to me he told me he couldn’t do it and he did not want to take my order. he couldn’t do the simple task that I asked him when is manager flat outside it’s totally fine and I heard her!…. Only When I confronted him and told him that I overheard his manager he agreed to take my order

Love this place! And the guy who works there younger man, kevin n makes my entire day when I pick up ur so funny and respectful and not to mention food is always amazing anywhere i go they screw up my order it’s literally simple light suace well done, the make it to perfection they are amazing here I love giving my business to people and places that are very well deserved

Andy the manager, accepted a coupon that was a month old and honored it. He not only honored it but he had great customer service skills. And when I got that pizza box handed to me it was like 5 lb. The pizza that I got was so delicious I would have to rate it the top three best pizzas I’ve ever had in this world. Jet’s Pizza under Andy’s direction made it very very pleasurable experience and I’ll be going there from now on for my pizzas.

I love this Jet’s!! They always get out order right and the delivery driver always finds our house which is very easy to miss!! They’re always here by the time they estimate or even sooner most of the time!! The best pizza hands down!!

Called to add a 2 liter to my order and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes before I could even say a word the employee spat some nonsense about how busy they were and to try my luck back in 30 minutes and hung up on me. Wont be returning here again.
