In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. This establishment exceeds expectations. I got delivery from here and had a Jet’s Boat delivered to my humble little home within minutes! It arrived piping hot as if straight from the oven. The driver was a specimen of a human and i felt safe in that moment. The order was crafted by the finest Italian Nonna hands and I felt the richness of the flavors like the original recipe intended. Second instance of ordering a delivery and waiting over an hour. Ordered at 550 and called around 740 and sat on hold for 6 minutes. I have pictures of proof for both so im a little confused how this keeps happening and the first time it happened I was offered $5 off that I never got at the next order. I will not be ordering from here again.

This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Please, reward employees that care about their jobs and give a raise or promote. Whoever made this pizza is a god. I placed an order for a small 4 corner pizza on Halloween. After getting home I noticed the pizza was over well done and did not taste good. I called the store later that night because they were really busy. I explained to the manager that I was displeased with the pizza. She mentioned that the pizza was burned from sitting in the hotbox for so long and she said they call out the name when the pizza is done and we cannot do anything for you. That was not the case. There was a line going out the door and most people were waiting 15 minutes for their food and they were not calling out names for orders. As a frequent jets pizza customer I will not be returning to this jets pizza again or any jets pizza for that matter for the lack of customer service. I don’t think remaking the pizza for a customer a small pizza for that matter is that big a deal especially to satisfy a customer.

This was my second trip and my last to this location. Don’t bother calling ahead. They barely start the order until you’re there. Fifteen + minutes wait each time. The chicken wings are a joke. So small , deeply fried and burnt there’s hardly enough to cut up for a small dinner salad ….and their smell from the oil , you can hardly stand it. AWFUL!!

Absolute chaos. Ordered at 5:38pm. Quoted 20 minutes for pickup. Showed up at 6:10 thinking my pizza was definitely done. It was not.
There was about 10 people in the lobby. People were being told it was 20 more minutes. I was told my pizza was in the oven.
I watched as at least 10 others received their orders. I finally asked someone receiving their order what time they ordered. 28 minutes after me.
I complained to the woman at the register who told me the problem was the kitchen and couldn’t do anything. Then she checked again and told me my pizza was in the oven…20 minutes after I was told this the first time. Received my order 1 hour and 2 minutes after ordering. No apology. Nothing.
This was my first trip to this location. Others have been busy, but always prompt and professional. Avoid this location at all costs
