In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. Absolutely terrible service. The guy cutting the pizzas had the worse attitude possible and even worse cutting skills. Elijah at the front desk was very apologetic towards the customers. Seemed like the only person who actually cared at that store. Taste and quality has gone down hill. I’ll be ordering from 12 and Ryan from now on. Bring mike back. I’ll be eating my poorly cut pizza and the one bite worth pieces in the middle.

Can’t believe I live near the first Jet’s Pizza! Love Jet’s, easily the best Detroit deep-dish style in the area. Price is high for a 8-peice but I would be lying if I said it wasn’t worth the cost of one. Special shout out to the BLT pizza. Also they have a weird bottle of ranch that is made of rubber or something to look like the top came off and is spilling out on the counter. Don’t know why it’s there but it’s kind of cool I guess.

We have ordered Jets pizza for years, but this location is disappointing because they are so skimpy with their toppings. We gave them many chances to do better and even paid for extra toppings only to not see any difference. When we ask why. The reply was… “We just don’t make it that way.” Really. 🙁
It would be nice to know that before we paid for the extra toppings that we did not get. So we have been going to other locations when we are in the area. Here is a picture of the kind of pizza we get from another Jet’s location and we did not even ask for extra toppings – it just came this way. After asking about why this is… it seems the best Jet’s are the ones not corporate owned. FYI
