In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. We ended up stopping at the Dequindre and 16 Mile Jets location. We were on our way to cat sit my sisters boyfriends cat and happened to order and picked up the food from there.
The Jets Pizza employee Stephanie was sweet and very nice. The other Jets employee (very nice person) also called me on my phone asking if this order is an allergy (ordered it pepperoni and no cheese), and I told him yes. When we picked up the food, it was made right. The food tasted delicious and fresh. I would visit this location again. Located off of 16 Mile and Dequindre ☺️.

Wow great manager! Super nice customer service. Made a little mistake on wing order and she made it right. She didn’t have to refund me the money and made me another one. This is my new go to place for pizza! I usually go to the one in Troy. I would go the extra mile to get my pizza here. Thank you Stephanie! Highly recommend.

This is by far the worst jets pizza I’ve ever dealt with. Spend 45 dollars on pizza and get cold toppings on half of a half of a pizza. I order a large cheese pep sausage mushroom with half turbo crust half Cajun below is what I get lmao. They have a bunch of kids running this location all of them looked stoned and could careless about their job.

Order salad from here and they charged us 9.99 and gave us a bowl full of bitter WHITE lettuce (barely any green). This Is either the core of the lettuce that should have been thrown away or it is Jett’s buying Garbage produce and selling at a premium price to their customer.

I ordered a well done pizza and it was delivered charred , smelling and tasting burnt. I called and calmly explained the situation but I was told that this was how I ordered it and they refused to replace it. To think that I tipped eight dollars the guy who refused to replace it!
