In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. Did takeout and it hit the spot. The Detroit-style pepperoni pizza had crispy edges and just the right amount of cheese and grease—super satisfying.
Breadsticks were solid, especially with both marinara and ranch. Marino told me to try the ranch and wow—creamy with a little tang, way better than I expected.
Cinnamon rolls were warm, soft, and not overly sweet.
Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Marino and the team really took care of things. Will order again for sure.

Marino was amazing! I recently moved to the area and it’s so nice to know my new local Jet’s has me taken care of.
However, their system does not allow tips. I find this so awful to do to this location’s employees, especially since it’s not like their wages likely went up to survive a tip free experience. Want to see this basic necessity for basic the most original tipped industry.

The pizza was fresh, hot, and so delicious. I ordered the 8 corner, Detroit-style deep dish, well done, chicken, bacon, red onion, ranch with turbo crust-extra. The only bad side is that it’s very pricey, and the “large” is not really that big.
EDIT: These pics were from my review last year. But now (Nov 2024) it’s terrible!!! All bread and almost no cheese!!! Every bite was bare, no cheese, just dough with some sauce. Do better Jets!!! My bro always gets Green Lantern pizza, I always gets jets but I think I’ll finally make the switch. Last few times I ate pizza at my bro’s place the Green Lantern was on point!!!

Horrible delivery experience for a birthday party. Placed online order a few days ago, called 30 min prior to confirm delivery for 8:30. Order arrived late, they forgot to give us the ranch bottle, and part of the party tray that we ordered with veggies (12 slices) was missing.

It was a little bit salty. So I cut the onion and green pepper
and ate it on the pizza and it became delicious.

I ordered a pizza delivery and got the pizza on time. My bottle of ranch was missed that I ordered and I said no big deal. Then we sat down to eat it and there was a slice missing. We always order from here and never had issues until today. You hear about this stuff happening and you don’t believe it until it happens to you. Called them back and the manager is remaking the pizza. Unacceptable that someone would take a slice out of the box like we wouldn’t notice. Manager did remake the pizza and deliver it out again and I appreciate that. Checking my boxes from now on before delivery person leaves.

Pizza was greasy and took forever, ordered the food and was given an estimate of 9:04 pickup time, i get there at 9 and am promptly told my pizza would be ready in 5 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly an hour to get my pizza. They had 8 people back there and 3 making pizzas. Horrible experience
