Ordered two small specialty pizzas one was bbq chicken and one was BLT. I ask for xtra sauce as both of these pizzas get a pass over of sauce with a squirt bottle and at times don’t have a lot of sauce . My past experiance when I’ve ask for extra bbq it would come with what looked like an extra pass over of sauce but still resembled the same great chicken bbq pizza jets makes . Today was a sad display of someone taking an order and being callus about asking for extra. The Bbq pizza was end to end swimming in sauce I was taking a spoon to get it off . Due to the amount of sauce the pizza was undercooked in the inside. The BLT pizza that was supposed to have light lettuce was covered in a thick layer of mayo again 4 x what other jets would serve as extra . instead of light lettuce the lettuce covered the pizza end to end and was a soggy wilted mess due to the mayo . I called the store as the pizzas are not even edible . I was greeted by the manager who stated she made these horrible pizzas. Justifying the amount of sauce on it saying that that is their stores norm she did not offer any apology nor did she seem to care that the pizza was not even edible she asked me what do you want me to do at that point I knew that our dinner was trash and there would be no remedy or resolution that I was out the $ money I paid and the store could care less. Steer clear of this store. Mistakes happen but bad management is unacceptable. I will use 7 mile jets as they have always had a good customer service and produced a good pizza. The Mack Jets is a sad representation of young management and jet‘s pizza. The two pizzas are going in the trash as you’ll see in the pictures below they are literally not edible.

If you’re ordering on a weekend night just expect pickup to be running about 10 min behind whatever the app tells you. Outside of that this pizza is always on point, no JV squad nights. Been best to order with the app for us, just make sure you pick the right jets on Mack!

Ordered a light bake and when I came home the dough wasn’t cooked through. Called and was told “that’s how we do it here.” “You can bring it back and we’ll throw it in for a couple minutes but that’s all we can offer.” That’s untrue and I have ordered the same way for years. Horrible customer service and attitude from both the girl answering the phone and the manager. If I owned this store I would be furious. Will definitely drive the extra 3 minutes to another location from now on.

I like the cashier with curly hair(possibly named Ben, very cute). My pizza was overall very good and props to the kid in the back washing dishes. Saw him changing his gloves, which is surprising for a kid his age.

I work down on Yorkshire every once in awhile. Every once in awhile I will order a pizza from the 1764 Jet’s down by Cadieux. Have never had any issues. Pizza’s always ready when it says it will be ready.

Omg…really.. this was tonight 01/01/24…Happy New Year! Still paid…and wIted 45 min! Not the 1st or 2nd time that we can forgive…this is awful Missing the pepperoni…no olives on the salad…still charged the same. Poor kids working there…they have no idea how to make it right. Just terrible

Cashier too comfortable laughing with/talking about customers in front of customers. Pizza maker in the back asked if i was getting slices and proceeded to say “she said it too slow” then laughed together while putting my slices in boxes. I said it completely normally and coherently. Grosse pointe is already not the most welcoming neighborhood so to have a black woman pizza maker laughing with her white male cashier comfortably is concerning to say the least. First and last time here.

The past two times I have ordered delivery from this location I think it’s been the best two Jets order date I say ever. The pizza has been really fresh. Not over done. The perfect balance of soft and crispy. It definitely doesn’t seem like my pizza sat in a window or car at all. Also my drivers have been really friendly each time. I for sure will be trying to exclusively order from this Jets location!!
