Somehow you guys have fallen off. Your pizza always seems to be hurried along and baked to hot or you don’t get my toppings right. I’ve called in so many times over unsatisfied orders that I quit ordering for a while. Then tonight I order and it tool 1.5 hours to get to me because the driver couldn’t find an address you guys have been delivering every day to for four years. So, this is hard to rate for me. I have visited this Jets many, many times. In the past, the smell of weed was pretty bad. Also, when I order the super special round, the center is always under cooked. It’s pretty gross.
I always order their jets bread. They smother them in butter. I like them. In my last few visits, no weed and very nice people inside. It will take some time before I trust them with an actual pizza order.

I have been ordering from here for a long time. I’ve spent A LOT of money ordering from jets. The staff that answers the phone are often RUDE. I’ve been put on hold and they never pick up. I’ve been hung up on multiple times: I don’t understand the hostility. I’m always polite and tip for deliveries. After tonight: I called on a delivery, dude staff again, waited an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. When I called they “claim” they didn’t have my number. Didn’t get a refund until I called to ask where’s the pizza. The staff and manager were RUDE yet again. I will NEVER order from jets pizza in Hamtramck on jos campu ever again in this life or the next!! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE ORDER FROM HERE!!
