Pizza and wings were burned. The manager with the heavy piercings in her nose was rude and argumentative. I asked for the pizza to be remade since the pepperoni was sizzled to hell and she refused. She stated that the store manager VERONICA gives them guidance to not remake food, even if the customer is unsatisfied. I told her i had been coming there for years and never had an experience as the one i was having. ” Like i said im not having them remake the pizza” was her response to me. She also said thats not what the pizza looked like when the cook cooked it. As if i went home to cooked it more! I believe the managers name is ALEX.
I also went to another Jets Pizza and showed them pictures of what i was served at this location. The employee in Allen Park literally said ” Oh no, we dont hand pizzas out that look that way”. And since my previous comment was deleted, ill keep leaving the same review. With pictures showing the difference in two different managed Jets Pizza.

Just a couple of days ago I made an online order for a large pizza because of a holiday promotion…half off if I order online with the code . I took my Xmas ball looking coupon to the place when I was picking up my pizza. They didn’t give me the discount and when I went up there the next day the rude little girl wants to blame my bank because used my debit card when I purchased the pizza. How is it my banks fault when they only take out what amount is posted…I bet the full amount still went to jets pizza. Told me I need to check with my bank.

This I the second bad experience with this jets. Today I ordered pepperoni cheese bread and wings. The bread is so stiff and hard I couldn’t chew it and there’s no pull to the cheese. I can lift the cheese right off the bread it so stiff. Then I requested the wings to be well done and of course they didn’t follow direction’s. I wanted them replaced but I the customer here is terrible and I wouldn’t dare trust them with my food ever again. The general manager wanted the bread back that I’ve already opened and tried to eat out of. Every person that’s taking safe serve knows you can’t bring food back in restaurant that a customer already has touched. She said she wants to so them what they’ve done wrong. Know that wasn’t the reason at all. TRASH FOOD TRASH MANAGEMENT!!

We ordered a pizza and paid 45 online and when we picked up the food they gave us someone else’s with the same name and charged my card another $70! The little girl working was supposed to refund it and didn’t do it right now im dealing with it thru the bank.

To stonework needs to lay off the hookah. Stared at me for 10 minutes. Answered the phone at 10:30 hung up on me to tell me they are closed but they supposed to close at midnight. And then I get there and they tell me they don’t have my order but then proceed to read it back to me Word for Word item for item. Like seriously do better… Eugene would be so disappointed. Jets pizza is awesome. Your Taylor location just sucks. Do better.

I really like going here, I only go for slices but the crew is always cool. I go here a lot on my lunch breaks at work. I appreciate the cool vibes especially on my bad days. The whole team at the Jets seem like genuine good people. I hope they can get a raise as they deserve it. Thanks for being cool human beings.
