Horrible!!! Ordered pizza and it took over an hour for delivery. We live 2 miles away. I called. They claimed it was delivered. I looked outside again and saw they delivered it to the neighbors house. It had been sitting there in zero degree weather for over 20 minutes and was ice cold. I called for a refund. They refused and were completely unhelpful. I had to give back the cold pizza which cost $36 with tip and wait another hour for new pizza. The driver also lied and said he delivered it to the correct unit. Horrible customer service. Every time we order from here there is some kind of issue.

Jets pizza is unique. I live in NJ, and am told it’s “Detroit Style.” This means a deep dish pizza, but with caramelized cheese on the top edge of the crust. Imagine fried crispy cheese bits all along the crust. Amazing.
Because the edge of the crust is so tasty, get the four corner pizza.
We get Jets every time we visit Michigan.

I can honestly say I am a very happy Jet’s customer! We ordered a Deli Boat and it was absolutely Delicious!
I have ordered them from other Jet’s, but this Deli Boat was by far the best.
I called and spoke to the manager, to let him know how much I enjoyed the sandwich.

The lady behind the counter that cashed me out displayed excellent customer service. (Ticket #252) Also the pizza was made super fast and it looks and tastes great. Pro tip: Always ask for your pizza WELL DONE. You will not regret it.
