In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. So my lunch companion wanted lunch. So we agreed. We went in a few minutes after opening. Ordered quickly within 15minutes we had hot pizza , small (double pepp/ham) and bread sticks with pizza sauce. This took me back to teenage years when I would get a slice of pizza and pop for less than 4$.
Overall bill $25. We enjoyed.

I called at 9:30. I realized I called 30 minutes before close. But I was prepared to leave a LARGE tip because of that fact. The women on the phone “Marsha” automatically answered with a bad tone “we’re closed” like.. umm okay. Says you close at 10. Like that’s why I called.. you were “technically” open…. Then after I asked for her name repeatedly, then said “ oh no it’s okay we can do it” like no dude, your attitude turned me off to the whole thing. Why would I waste my money there now especially giving a tip to someone with an attitude like yours? You were in to much of a hurry to close and go home then take care of your customers.

EDIT 3/8 : Tried to give it a shot and the crust is so huge. Half the center of the pizza was a soggy mess. There was nothing until the crust which was HUGE.

This is my second time to this pizzeria this location, Jets is one of my favorites but in my opinion this is one of the worst jet pizza locations . When I went in months ago I told the cashier how I wanted my pizza , I hate the pizza when it’s overly cooked and the crust is hard and dry. But whoever cooked the pizza did just what I didn’t want him/ her to do which was over cooked it. I lived too far to take it back that was about a year ago. Now I was in the area of the garden city location on Ford rd, and decided to give them another chance I felt maybe they could have new cooks. But no I went yesterday evening 10-11-25 and same thing pizza was so damn dry and over cooked, I have learned my lesson I will never frequent this particular location again. I don’t know if other customers feel this way but I work hard for my money and if a pizzeria can’t follow instructions on the way that I would like my pizza then I don’t need to give them my hard earned money

This is my favorite Jets. Everything is always so good! I ordered and arrived before my food was ready and the young lady actually brought my pizza out to my car when it was ready. I wish I asked her name so I could mention her but that’s such amazing service and I recommend this spot always. Thank you guys

The delivery service here has always been great. Today however, I’m looking for a new pizza place. I’ve been ordering here for almost a decade, and recently things have been lacking. Pizza doesn’t seem fresh, and they only follow half of order instructions.
Most recently, I ordered a salad, without olives. The salad came with a receipt taped to it showing no olives, half the salad was olives, it could not be eaten.
Whoever is running the kitchen these days needs to look at hiring new staff.

Found rubber band on a slice of pizza. Manager said a free pizza next time, go in and its $10 credit. Does that mean just a couple slices of the pizza I could have choked on was comped? Very upsetting, wont be back to this location.

So over this location!!! I ordered deliver every other week and kept getting pepperoni on my pizza, when it was veggie, the manager asked me to bring back the pizza so I stopped going to this location. Decided to give it a chance again waiting 30 minutes for my order opened it and it’s pepperoni again, it should have been cheese and banana peppers but was jalapeño and pepporoni. Didn’t get an apology just said oh so you want us to make it again. Seriously get better managment
