This was the most horrible jets order I ever received. The pizza was disgusting and looked as if it had been dropped as the majority of the toppings was on one side/slice. I asked for well done and it was barely done. The sausage tasted freezer burned just awful. The bread taste as if it was a week old and lettuce on the salads looked aged as well. I didn’t complain because they would offer to fix it over and I want nothing more to do with that place but I’m going to call corporate. Awful and disgusting. Never again from this jets.

I ordered a large Ultimate pepperoni pizza With a bottle of ranch. I paid for it when I looked at my receipt it said large cheese pizza with a bottle a ranch. I showed the store the receipt they didn’t try to compensate just refund. Don’t got to Dearborn jets worst customer service!!!

Called in a pickup order and slightly screwed it up over the phone, a very patient lady behind the front counter was very polite and helpful. She cleared up what I ordered and everything went smooth, got my order within 5 minutes of arrival hot and fresh. From call to pickup everything took less than 20 minutes, pizza was good! I do wish they would’ve added slightly more toppings for the price but I’m also aware it always differs.

The chicken was fresh. I asked for it to be well done. It wasn’t. The chicken had so much gristle, and it lacked meat. I don’t eat raw chicken. I guess this the new trend mix the meat and process it. Gristle and all. What a waste. Restaurant was clean, it wasn’t busy, and customer service was good. Excellent parking. Vegetarian pizzas.

I’m a contractor with a busy schedule. I stopped in to grab a slice to hold me off for awhile
1145. I certainly did not expect reheated pizza at this time of day. I’ve had reheated Jets slices before but this was bad. Dried out, falling apart. Not much cheese. I doubt I’ll do this again at this store! Now Jets on Warren Ave in Dearborn? That store rocks!! There are non better! Guarantee that!?

I will start with the person who received my order, they we actually two people at the checkout. They weren’t professional at all. They were talking to each other as if there was customers waiting to get served. There is one guy who was laughing loud and shaking hands with others who just came to the restaurant.
Totally unprofessional and irrespecutful …
The food was really bad. It was full of oil abd greasy.
The price was higher than the market average.
I won’t order from there again.

I will NEVER order from here again. Not only was the pepperoni burnt and basically inedible but they up charged me at delivery. I live 3 miles from you how are you up charging me and not tell me until the pizza is at my door. Absolutely ridiculous and the last time I’ll be ordering from you. Don’t waste your time.
