First time ordering from this location and let me tell you – they were spot on! First and foremost let me say that the pizza and bread I ordered arrived much faster than I had anticipated, and was piping hot! Having worked under a professional chef for several years, I can attest to the fact that temperature control and food quality is huge. This Dearborn Heights location hit their mark with all of the above. You could tell the ingredients were fresh, and they actually care about their customers. The delivery driver was a wonderful woman who had a great “doorside” manner. She was warm, positive and delightful to speak with upon delivery. This Jet’s location gets two thumbs up!! Definitely recommend!

I placed an order for two slices and a pop. Well I got that but my pizza looks as if it’s been sitting for awhile. I’m pretty sure the sold me two slices of pizza that was already made which would have been fine if it was in a hot oven for sitting purposes.

Avoid this location at all costs! Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owners should honestly be embarrassed. Detroit Pizza Factory has way better pizza and they have amazing customer service!

These dudes literally threw a block of cheese on this pizza and called it a day. If you pull a slice a part, ALL THE CHEESE IS COMING OFF WITH IT. Gotta eat the bread and all the heavy sauce they put on it at that point. Over 20.⁰⁰ for this mess.
