In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. Order a couple pizza after 1 1/2 hrs called no one would answer the phone, drove there 8 people waiting in a take put store phone was ringing the whole 20 min I was in the store no one ever answered the phone 4 other people there were there for the same reason ordered a pizza it never showed and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. It was a Sunday wasn’t a holiday or any special day. I was finally able to see a delivery person walking in and ask him if he had my delivery he was just picking it up to deliver it at that point it had been 2 hrs. Place is a joke.

Customer service was terrible. I asked for a receipt as I watched it get thrown away. Then was told that I would get a receipt when order was ready. Never got a receipt. I was waiting for almost an hour, I placed my order in person at the store. It would have been nice to know an approximate time. Other people were standing in line after me, not even being waited on or acknowledged. I like jets pizza. I thought this location would be great because it was on my way home. Unhappy

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Called the phone number and no one picked up. Drove to the store and was told that they aren’t answering the phone because they ‘dont have anyone to answer the phone’ 6 other people were also there due to delayed orders. The communication was appalling. Delivery guy eventually came and he gave great customer service, but this location doesn’t have it together.

I’ve tried many pizza joints over my life time and I have to say, I haven’t turned back since I had Jets many years ago!
My go to is the BBQ Chicken and Jets Eugene with extra turbo crust, Detroit style. Whenever I have visitors from overseas, I make sure they try Jets pizza and even after many years, they still remember and talk about having Jets Pizza.

Jet’s is our favorite pizza spot! You cannot beat their deep dish and jet’s bacon bread with ranch. The pizza was perfect and we were excited to find out we could do a half and half! Our only, small qualm, was that the bacon bread seemed a bit denser than usual, but favor was still great!

For Starters, I love their deep dish pizza.
I ordered the gluten free pizza and loved it. $13.54 for a personal size pizza with 2 toppings is way over priced but I must say it was awesome. That being said, I will never order it again.
