In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Great customer service. Been to many pizza spots and sometimes the service can be shaky. Not here. I ordered right before closing and they still were super nice. Made sure I had everything like napkins, plates, etc. Very respectful and polite guys. Great job please keep it up.

Although everyone was great helping out wise, I had originally asked for my pizza to be whole pepperoni and half with pineapple. When I picked the pizza up, the whole thing had pepperoni and pineapple. Now mind you that wasn’t a huge issue because it is just as easily taken off as I was put on. What was upsetting was the fact that I’m sure all of us are aware Jets is one of the more expensive pizza places Around, But it felt as if nobody really took the care while making the pizza. Picking the pineapple off of half of the pizza again wasn’t a big deal but when you go to open up your pizza and it looks like someone just took a gigantic handful and just slammed it down on it It becomes just a little less appetizing. I thank you Jets for being a pretty great pizza place and having some of the best pizza around. But in the future, it would be very much appreciated if my pizza was made with a little more care rather than what looked like a quick rush job and an I don’t give a damn topped pizza. Again though I love love love you still Jets!!!

Food obviously bomb but none of the workers are wearing gloves! I get the pizza goes into a hot oven but what are we doing with the salads you can see them making everything back there with bare hands.

The pizza we ordered from Richmond Jets was delicious! We picked it up and drove 15 minutes to our home and it was still pretty hot! Jets bread, a party tray and a large pizza. Price wasn’t bad. Fed 7 of us with alot leftover. The gentleman that took my order was very friendly and helpful! Great job guys!

I usually order delivery. The best time to order and get it made completely right is their first shift crew. I notice that evening orders,due to volume, often have errors. My favorite is an 8 corner pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, turbo crust and bacon. I do not like any of the desserts.

We have ordered pizza for our childrens joint Birthday parties for the last few years. We live about 8 miles from them. They are usually more than happy to deliver to us and we have always tipped the driver very well. I called today and spoke with a kid with a fresh mouth. Asked to speak to his manager and he said his manager agrees, they arwnt interested in delivering here. We also just had a pizza delivered to our house 3 weeks ago with zero issues. I would have been more than happy to pick-up our 150$ order, but since they apparently aren’t interested in serving us, I went with a family owned business with amazing staff, Father and Son in Chesterfield!

We ordered with Grubhub from this jet’s for the first time(we had a gift card to use), we had ordered previously without issue. Grubhub sent the request through for the wrong time but the staff handled it great. They apologized and completed my order within 15 minutes, which was way faster than expected.
They fixed a problem that was not their fault with grace and patience. I came in contact with 4 different staff members, they all apologized and were super kind. The pizza was delicious too! Thank you for your patience and quick turnaround, my family appreciates it!

Because of allergies, I order the gluten free pizza with no cheese, then add some toppings. This Jets location never disappoints! They don’t skimp on the toppings, and they always get the order right. Thank you Jets Pizza team in Richmond!
