Of all the Jet’s pizzas that I’ve ever been to this one is definitely the worst. They always seem to find a way to not use enough cheese on their pizza or their cheese bread most of the time it’s burnt and really dry. They are pretty much the only option for us in this area so that’s probably why they do so well but if somebody else opens another pizza place closer to us it would definitely affect their business due to their bad quality I’d recommend driving to 23 Mile location or Romeo location they are far better product if you must have Jets. The turbo sticks are always dry and hardly ever have cheese unlike Green Lantern for example they have what cheese bread should be and what the Jets used to be. And they constantly skip on the pizza cheese I think they’re trying to save money. Not to mention I can’t imagine how many families can afford to eat this pizza due to their astronomical pricing.

Unfortunately, this particular Jets pizza never fails to disappoint. The first time I ever went there my pizza was overcooked, they gave me a free one the next time because of it. Now I went back there again today and it was overcooked again. This is the closest location to my house, but there is another one in the opposite direction that’s only a mile further that I will be going to because they do it right at that one. . I am not giving this one anymore tries. Three strikes, you’re out!!

I recently ordered from Jet’s Pizza, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The deep-dish pizza was perfectly cooked with my favorite crust the Turbo and Cajun crust if you haven’t gotten a flavored crust from here yet your missing out. The toppings were generous and fresh, especially the pepperoni, which had a deliciously savory flavor. The customer service at this location is top-notch friendly staff and quick delivery. Jet’s Pizza is now my go-to for pizza. Highly recommend!

Wanted to start by I love Jets pizza. Customer service is just not there at 26 mile and Romeo plank Jets. I had 160 points and the manager could not honor my points because the website said I did not had them but my texts said it different. I use my points because my daughter loves the ranch but I was very disappointed how all this went down. He kept blaming corporate and I was like I just want my ranch. Customer service make or break a place. Jets needs to do better.

6/5/25: my family and I love everything from jets Pizza at this location. Everything is always delicious! I usually order online or text, and I had a question about my rewards. I called the store and they said if I took a screenshot of my rewards, they would give me the chocolate chip brownie. My daughter was picking up the paid order for me and when she got there, they would not give her the brownie.
Two of the three workers were very friendly and then a third one stepped in, who was on the rude side. Maybe she was the manager. But really, she wouldn’t budge after I was already informed on the phone that it would be fine. It sounds like a silly thing, but these rewards accumulate and I finally decided to use them and then had to have This kind of experience.
Not very happy, my granddaughter is visiting from another state and was quite disappointed. She kept saying that she wanted Jets pizza with ranch and a chocolate chip brownie. Thanks manager on 26 mile in Romeo plank for your rude Customer Service.

I received a call from Jet’s and they were very apologetic,and nice about accommodating us for our slightly negative experience.
They did explain that they had changes to their website and assured me that I wouldn’t have this problem again. She also mentioned that the employee should have honored my rewards, and I should call her if I have any problems in the future One thing she did mention was to go online rather than use the app for the future.
We usually text or order online at this location. They have always gotten my order correct and it’s always on time and delicious.
We’ve had a variety of different types of pizza, and I love that they have buffalo sauce and feta. We’ve come up with a lot of great combinations.

This jets pizza is a great location. We get pizza here every Thursday and it’s hard to beat deep dish franchise pizza. The staff is wonderful and the Head Manager supports the community like few other business. If you’re looking for good pizza, friendly staff, and a business that is invested in the community this is your store.

I’m so disappointed at how far down hill this pizza has gone over the last few years. Orders are consistently wrong. Wrong toppings, like missing several ingredients, no turbo crust on any pizza, salads that make you sick…. missing sauce cups, you name it. They clearly hired multiple people that either don’t want to, or aren’t trained to, do the job correctly. This place was so close to our house too. Bummed.
