This is, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had picking up a grubhub order. When I first arrived, they said one of the orders I was picking up would take ‘a few more minutes.’ I asked about the status of my order two more times, and each time they said a few more minutes. They lied. A half hour later I complained I had been sitting there for a half hour, and they finally produced my order. When I told her I’d been sitting there a half hour, she lectured me!!! That it was a holiday and somehow I should know they would take a long time?!!!! Just don’t lie! If they actually gave an accurate estimate I could leave and the app would assign someone else. Then I asked for a bag, and she lectured me that the bags were only for salads and that I couldn’t touch the food until she wrote names and put stickers on the food. I wasn’t touching the food?. On top of it, the staff was SCREAMING at each other. The worst! AVOID !!!!!

We ordered at 6 o’clock at night, delivery was supposed to be an hour, it didn’t show til 815. When we opened the boxes the gluten free pizza was wrong and the jet bread practically raw and all of it was ice cold. We’ve been burned by this jets before (sent thin crust pretending to be gluten free) and figured it was a fluke. We paid 50 dollars for food we had to cook ourselves, 2 hours after the order. Order somewhere else, trust me

Who doesn’t like Detroit style pizza? I usually have good experiences at Jets but the three times i visited this location in a two week span were amazing. There’s a sense of urgency here that is becoming less common at quick service restaurants. Especially since the costs to pay the workers more money has been passed on to the consumer. It’s a business trend I’m all for because I worked in fast food the first 15 years of my working life and think that these positions should be paid more.

With that being said along with these increases in wages should be the expectation for better service. It doesn’t seem as though service has gotten better. Based on recent reviews from me it appears service has worsened at quick service restaurants along with quality and cleanliness.

The staff here worked cohesively. The manager on staff was about her business and the crew was receptive. The food i ordered came out hot and fresh every time. It was tasty and the portions were large. I enjoyed all my visits.

The last time I was there I said manager, “I bet this store is a money maker” as I was leaving not wanting to disturb the flow I don’t recall her answer.

There was some abrasive language coming from the oven area but I didn’t mind it at all.

Terrible service and SLOW. If you want pizza today, go elsewhere. Ordered online and was given 25 minutes. Arrived after 30 minutes and was told to wait 8 more minutes. Returned after waiting again, and these clowns told they made one pizza and forgot to put the other one in the oven! Waited total over an hour for one fresh pizza and one that has been sitting forever waiting. This Jets used to be on point – now it is a complete circus. This my the second time for an hour plus wait. 1/10. Don’t waste your time here.

Would never order from here again. Delivery said ETA hour and 45 minutes. I called and they lied about when the pizza was going to be here. They could have just been honest. I called back again to just demand a refund which they wouldn’t give me. Waited 2 hours and 22 minutes for cold’s Pizza in a grease covered box. The point of getting pizza is to have it hot. And not to wear your blood. Sugar has dropped because they can’t deliver within a decent amount of time. If you must order here definitely pick up.

I’m not sure if I had a realistic expectation for picking up an online order on Super Bowl Sunday, but I was beyond frustrated and completely dissatisfied with the flow of operations, the customer service and pickup process. I placed my order online at 5:30pm and my order was ready at 6. I got there at 6:15 and there was a line through the door. I walked up to the counter and spoke to the only person at the register, and she said the long line was for pick up orders and I had to get in (the back of the) line. Meanwhile, the line is going at a snails pace while overhearing employees arguing in the back and overhearing orders being misplaced or never even started. I didn’t get to the front of the line to pick up my online order until 6:40. Yes, that was 25min in line for a pickup order that was ready at 6pm. While at the counter, I’m seeing at least 7 or 8 employees in the back that could’ve easily helped at the register to help give online orders to the appropriate customer in a much more timely and efficient manner while the other person rang up new orders. This location was very poorly ran and the small space for customers to have to wait also did not help. I’m definitely never placing an order at the 9 mile (Southfield) location in the future.

IM FROM OUT OF TOWN & DROVE 2 HOURS. COULDN’T WAIT TO EAT SOME JETS PIZZA.

PER USUAL THEY CRUSHED IT.

GABBY PROVIDED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

PIZZA WAS COOKED PERFECT, SO MANY TOPPINGS, AND HOT

wanted to get my mom pizza for her birthday and it was overcooked and made her sick! The only response was they always make their pizza that way and wouldn’t give a refund 0/10 terrible customer service/management very rude would recommend any other Jets but this one they have zero respect for customers

Jets pizza is always good. However this jets is Nortorious for mistakes and errors with my orders. It got so bad for 3 years I stop patronizing them. I ordered in a neighboring city further from my house when they are less than a quarter mile.
I have since went back because I eat jets less frequently. And they are still is making mistakes. However I eat Jets on rare occasions because Jets have gotten disappointingly pricey.
