In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. I recently went to Jets Pizza and had a great experience overall. The service was fast and friendly the staff greeted me right away and made sure my order was correct. They were patient and helpful when I had questions, and the food came out quicker than expected. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. It’s not super fancy, but it’s comfortable and has that classic pizza shop vibe. Everything looked well-kept, and it felt like a good spot to grab food with friends or family. Overall, the service was consistent, the place was clean, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely come back again.

Update. Staff were nice but very difficult to order. The new digital tv menus would not stop switching every few seconds. This made reading the menu impossible. Asked if they had paper menus and was told NO. Pizza was ok but the canned mushrooms were not ok. Their sausage was below average. No bathroom and no place to eat on a rainy day was disappointing.

Ordered our dinner online during peak dinner hours. It came hot and delicious even though I was missing a couple of items. Called immediately to the store to ask for either a replacement of the items or a refund, whichever was easiest during this busy time. He offered for his driver to return with items as soon as they finished their delivery. Within 5 minutes the driver returned with an upgraded version of our missing items. My point is…at the end of the day, this business was doing its best to meet customer needs. I truly appreciate any business that finds a way to make things right. Plus, a little kindness/understanding goes a long way. We never really know the inner workings of what contributed to an error, but bringing customer service that solves it, is huge.

The honey bbq wings were amazing! I asked for them to be well done and they were the perfect amount of crispy. My kids also loved the cinnamon sticks. I love this place! Algonac Jets rocks.
