Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Waited a hour while tracking the order on my device. The tracker updated that my order had been delivered, but I didn’t have the pizza. I called and was told they would call the driver and call me back. 10 minutes later, no call. I called again and asked for a refund, which I was told would take 48 hours, fine. The pizza was delivered a few minutes later, which was about 30 minures late (1.5 hours from the time the order was placed). Just checked my bank account and I have TWO transactions pending!!! Not happy!

Horrible now that it’s under new ownership. Pizza was doughy. All of them. Missing items every time. BLT had no tomatoes. Not really sure how that can be messed up. Paid for 4 ranches and gave us zero. Offering a store credit every time… that’s not helpful when you’d like to enjoy your meal at the time you order. Other items missing as always. Nothing is ever fully cooked or edible. It used to be great before these new owners took over. Cinnamon bread used to be the best, not it has no cinnamon or flavor. No glaze. Horrible. Do not order. Waste of money. Absolutely sad and disgusting now.

I love Jets. Order it all the time at home. Traveling on business after a long day my wife ordered a pizza for me. I got it back to the hotel and it was crispy on bottom but undercooked throughout the rest of the dough. I was disappointed and too tired to deal with it. My wife called and they offered to give us a store credit, but I don’t live anywhere anywhere close to the store so I called and asked for a refund. They said they could not issue a refund unless I brought the pizza back so my hotel room had a refrigerator and I put it in the freezer. I probably shouldn’t have done that. I should’ve probably put it in the refrigerator, but when I got back to my room the next night, I made the effort to return it. The guy in the store was very helpful, but after I left the store, they called my wife since it was a cell phone order and told her that there would be no refund that we had ordered a regular cooked pizza. I then called to try to better understand the same guy that helped me answered and he explained that he has shown pictures of my pizza too possibly his boss or somebody else and that person had determined that my pizza was fine so no refund only store credit. I leave town tomorrow. I leave the state tomorrow. I called back and they explained to me that regular cook is just the way that I got it. I said that I get Jets all the time and I love it and I know what a cooked pizza is. I would expect the dough to be bread like not gooey like wet dough. The pizza was also very heavy and possibly had extra cheese or more dough than normal, which might have added to the problem I understand mistakes happen and I followed with the store requested me to do to get my money back and after I left, they decided that I would not get my money back so my advice you is to order pizza from every jets that you pass but if you’re in Elkhart pass this jets

The Detroit style pizza is amazing and the buttery crust was perfectly cooked (we requested well done). They definitely didn’t skimp on the toppings and the sauce was really good. I also ordered their Greek salad but added bell pepper and ate with their Jet’s ranch … Super delicious! Definitely will be ordering again!

I went in last week and this poor kid was closing by himself managing all the orders. Where was his co worker? God knows. I hope this kid went to hr about it I wonder how many times he was left alone. Usually fast food places don’t have one person closing all by themselves and this kid looked very young. But he made my food great. He knows what he’s doing.

The guy behind the counter right now is awful (8:15pm on Sat Oct 18). Bad atmosphere and disgusting service with two customers in front of me and then myself for simply ringing up pizzas. I shouldn’t have tipped him. We will see how this pizza tastes. Get that guy out of there immediately (white with backwards hat, longer hair).

We got two large, hand tossed pizzas with extra sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, and sausage. The toppings and sauce were pretty good, but the pizza bread was burnt, and that’s pretty much all you tasted. We got the garlic crust, and we couldn’t tell if it was there at all. It was pretty disappointing.
