In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Piping hot carry out Detroit style pizza has an addictive crunch though it’s thick crust, but not quite deep dish. I ordered the Monday night special $11.99 large one topping. It’s truly a superb pizza and enough pizza to last 3 days. It’s 8 pieces and I could only eat two of them. I know it’s going to heat up great in the iron skillet and be good as new. When placing an order a real person answers the phone to take your order. You aren’t forced to interact with AI. Honestly Artificial Intelligence and food should never mix and is a disgusting way to start a meal. I also ordered a salad which was pleasantly made up of crisp leafy greens (not iceberg). The homemade ranch is up there with the best ranch you’ll ever eat with plenty leftover for the week. This spot deserves more stars than available on the ap. I don’t know why the rating here is a 3.8. I had a superb experience and the food is top notch. I spent $26 and should get 4 meals, making it a fantastic value.

I ordered pizza from this place and they delivered directly to our room. We ordered an 8 corner pizza which really is 2 square pizzas cut into 4 slices. It kind of has a pan crust that is crispy. The sauce had great flavor and had plenty of cheese and toppings.
When I called to order they answered my questions and took my order.
To make things better they said 45 min and we got it in 40.
Overall it was a great experience and I would certainly order from them again.

Ordered a large hand tossed pizza with mushrooms, extra hamburger and extra cheese. There weren’t even enough toppings or cheese to cover the whole pizza. I paid for extra toppings, not less toppings. My last pizza from here was the same way. The quality of pizza and service has declined in the past year. I’m going to take my business elsewhere after this last visit. This is why businesses fail and end up closing. A couple years ago I rated this place 5 stars, now they don’t even deserve 1 star.

WOW. What an amazing experience! The staff was so kind and helpful with my order and the pizza tasted great! We tried the BLT and then a special pizza for the picky eaters! I got ranch on the side and it was phenomenal 🙂 Will definitely be returning very soon!

I have been going to Jets on Shadeland for years. I fell in love with their pizza, sandwiches and salads and felt that their pricing was fair. However of the past few months or so we have noticed a decline in the quality of the food and customer service. I recently visited and order 2 salad (1 medium and 1 small) and paid extra ($2.99 or 3.99 per salad) to have grilled chicken added to the salads. What I received was disgraceful. Not only did the salad not appear very fresh, but the amount of chicken they added to the salad was not worth what I paid…I hope this location can get it together and go back to providing quality food at a fair price, as well as possibly some training for the their staff on providing customer service.

Ordered the 2 slices and a coke deal. Service and atmosphere was okay, however I got pretty sick after I ate the pizza. I actually was sick for 4 days with stomach issues. Won’t be returning, don’t like getting sick when I eat food from a restaurant.

I go back in 15mins later and they were just making the pizza. (Guy was busy on his phone talking to his friends.)
