Used the online app to order. Provided credit card via the app. Hit “submit” and a message appeared on the screen that online orders were not being accepted and to call the store. Checked my bank account and the charge was already deducted. Called the store. I was told it would be a 3 hr wait for carry out and no delivery was currently available. I didn’t have 3 hrs to wait. Asked about the charge to my credit card. Told they would “work on that”. Four days later and I’m still waiting for the credit to appear. I will give the restaurant another chance since everyone raves about them but I will not order online.

We were looking forward to ordering until we opened the 1st box and found a big long hair on top of pizza! Needless to say I wasn’t hungry anymore! Nothing like spending $70 & being disappointed and grossed out!!!!

First time I ordered a pizza online they said it would be ready by 1:25 and I showed up at 1: 30. They didn’t even start my order. I waited 30 minutes and it was so burnt. I’d rather drive to liberty or springboro.
Now I ordered my pizza over the phone with a 10.00 credit and still tipped good im waiting over an hour and the pizza is not great. No more ordering at this location. I will order when im out the area.

Our family was very disappointed with our order…we ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza and it had no pepperoni on it. Then the large supreme had no cheese on it. It was very expensive to be so disappointed.
