I grab Pizzas here all the time after work. Such a great spot. The chat bot never gets the order wrong over the phone. The deep dish us phenomenal. Never had a wrong order. Staff are always friendly and super kind. Great spot and the best pizza chain out there!

Jets is probably my favorite large chain pizza. However, I cannot recommend the Yankee Rd location. I ordered 2 pizzas and they said they would be delivered in 45 min. One hour and twenty minutes later I called they said they were short on drivers. My pizza wasn’t even close to being ready. I received no phone call letting me know that it was going to be significantly late — and yes – they had my number. This is the second time this has happed at the Yankee Rd site. What made this worse is the manager did not seem to be concerned with the poor service.

Ordered pizza tonight here, likely for the last time through Jets website. Unknown to me when I placed the order, they used door dash to deliver. Order was delayed according to my driver because someone “double dashed “. I never even ordered through Doordash so feels wrong that my order is delayed for that. Then driver delivers to wrong house and leaves the pizza on a snow covered table when its under 10 degrees outside. If you’re going to use Doordash, be up front about it. I would order somewhere else or go pickup instead but never had the option to choose.

Moving here after 30 years in NYC, this has got to be one of the only pizza place in ohio that matches the taste of tomato sauce on a square pie!! Delicious and always brings me back to the Brooklyn days. Amazing and delicious!!

Love this location, but someone has to teach the young woman there today, Feb 23rd, how to speak. Making a phone order and picking up my pizza she is mumbling and I can’t understand a word she’s saying. Please stop allowing her to take orders.

I need to try Jets again, because their sausage is not good. We ordered the Detroit style pizza with pepperoni, ham and sausage. It was light on pepperoni and ham, but had a generous amount of sausage. Unfortunately, they use the typical sausage chunks so many pizza shops use that is low on flavor. We placed our order online and that is a very user friendly experience.

Connor took our order & the only reason to put this review was He was great! Great customer service. Very polite and Helpful. Will come back for sure and ofcourse Pizza was really nice as well. They can work on the getting better furniture for dine in but great overall!
