We got Jet’s a few days ago, but it was on my mind to write a review. First off, we have been waiting for deep anticipation that one day our town would get a Jet’s Pizza. When I told my wife the news, it was like she won the lottery. Would it be too good to be true? Would this place be all that we ever dreamed it could be? To tell you the truth, the experience exceeded our expectations. The online ordering process was easy. We ordered as we were in the parking lot of Walmart next door, so I arrived early. When I entered the door, the staff were in a great mood. I was greated instantly by a gentleman wearing a smile. Even though I was early, and wasn’t trying to rush anyone, I only waited less than five minutes. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. As I verified the toppings, I noticed how perfect the pizza was, I told her it was nice to finally have a location close to home. Overall, we are very grateful for the amazing pizza and an amazing staff.

Bad First Experience
Ordered the pizza at 7:07 on 2/20.
Arrived at location 7:25 and was told pizza was not ready.
After waiting 20 mins in the building I go up and ask “how much longer will it be?” The girl at the cash registar need to grab another employee for reasons I am not sure of. The other employee took my name and numher then found my pizza in the take out heater. I left with my pizza at 7:48. I am unsure how long the pizza was in the heater but when opening the box when I got home I see what picture I attached.

This was my first ever time having jets, as the placement next to walmart made it a really convinient place for me to go check out. What I had not expected however, was to discover my new favorite pizza place! The kind demeanor of the people on register and general upbeat atmosphere the place 100% adds to it!!! Sean was super helpful on register!!

Jets Pizza in Lebanon, Ohio absolutely exceeded my expectations! The service was fantastic — Christian and Gina were AMAZING and made the entire experience so pleasant and welcoming. You can truly tell they care about their customers.

Ordered by phone early in the day for a 4:30 pm delivery, it was delivered hot & fresh on time ,actually a few minutes early, the food was delicious, I can’t remember the delivery driver , but he was very polite & friendly this was today Friday 11/21
