Disappointed in the order I just got. We usually love jets and never have a problem and I ordered a chicken salad for my meal and I’m just wondering where is the chicken? I’m being charged extra but not given any kind. Even my toppings ?? Pizza filled with nothing but sauce cheese falling off smh manger has nothing but excuses vs saying sorry and fixing the problem! He was being smart ass the entire time

One year ago I would have given this place five stars. I’m not sure what has happened, but you can’t get a consistent pizza here anymore. Just got one tonight, and it’s burnt on one side. The cheese is sliding off on the same side, and it’s cut unevenly – which is pretty obvious when it’s Detroit style. I always order extra sauce (sometimes 3x ) just to make sure it’s there. Got a pizza last week that was almost MINUS sauce. Dry pizza makes me very sad.
For a while their Detroit style was one of the best pizzas in Cleveland. I eat a LOT of pizza so I know good pizza. They have good sauce. I also loved the repeat texting order option which made it easy to order once or sometimes twice a week.
I don’t want to give pizza places bad reviews, but my review here is very fair. As of lately it has become quite suspenseful when opening the box to see how much sauce, how many dry dough bubbles, whether or not it’s burnt, and saddest of all – what will it taste like? It’s never the same anymore.

Tried to order via text to take advantage of 15% discount. Ordered several pizzas. Once the confirmation was received I discovered they were all wrong. Tried to confirm and making corrections to order. That was painful. Then placed order with phone bot. That went very well. Picked up pizzas and took them home, only to find out their crusts were burnt. Disappointing

I’ve been getting jet’s Pizza for years. It’s always very very good. I used to go to the one over in Broadview heights. Moved to Westlake. Thank God there’s one over there. Keep up the good work guys

We live in North Olmsted and have so many pizza places. Unfortunately in my opinion none that are that great. Jet’s pizza is by far the best I’ve ever had. Always perfectly hot, generous pizza toppings and the cheese is so delicious.

Horrible! The pizza was not what I ordered and the delivery guy Natan(Light skinned Short Hair Cut Brown Eyes About 5’6 Can’t Be Trusted! This Man set my pizza on the wet salted carpet floor of the entrance of a Nursing Home!!! There is a table within the corridor doors and deliberately in his small brain decided to exert more energy by bending down and placing it on the ground instead of the table. Huge Infection Control Food Safety Issue!! The Jets Store “Manager” attempted to gaslight the entire situation. This Facility isn’t big and workers are always present for the way the building is set up. Very disgusted I refuse to accept and had it remade just for it to be not the way I ordered. I have ordered here numerous of time and any other driver have entered the facility and placed it onto the receptionist desk!!!

Everyone loves Jet’s Pizza. The crust the cheese the other toppings. It’s a treat when we get it, usually birthdays or special occasions. The large deal was great though!
