I was unable to place my order online, so I called to order. Gentleman on the phone was wonderful! Polite and patient with me as I asked my questions and ordered my food. After I hung up I realized I messed up something on my order and called right back. Gentleman was super considerate about it and fixed it for me right away! Food came and order was correct, and still steaming! I’ll always order from them when I’m in the area and craving pizza!

We come here pretttttyyy often lol. The food is ALWAYS awesome! I just left from picking up an order. It’s Friday November 8th at 9:38 pm, I just want management to know I had a really great experience with the man who just gave me my food. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer, he was so kind, very welcoming and just overall a very nice guy. I didn’t catch his name but I’m hoping by the date and time management will know who I’m talking about. I believe he had a beard, he was thin and taller. Please consider rewarding him for his excellent customer service, he is a blessing to this establishment!

Good pizza but the delivery fee is WAY TOO HIGH. $6 fee just to get it delivered basically across the street and then I’m supposed to leave a tip too??? All I got was a small pizza and it cost almost as much to get the pizza delivered as the pizza cost itself … I feel bad because normally I would have left a better tip for the driver, but after paying a $6 delivery fee it really makes you not want to leave much of a tip. Hopefully they give the delivery fee to the driver. I probably won’t order again because I can get free delivery from other pizza places on DoorDash.

Jet’s Pizza deserves 5 stars not only for their pizza, but for how they treat people. Always great food, but what keeps me coming back is their customer service. Friendly, attentive, quick to fix mistakes, and always with a smile. This location has an amazing staff, and shout out to their manager, Dan, who was genuinely so kind and understanding and willing to right an issue when the website messed up.

Love this . Seriously one of the best in town. The Detroit style is super unique and super filling. The 8 corners pizza can easily fill a family of 4 with midnight leftovers. We love this Jet’s. We live in Medina now, but will make special trips to Middleburg just to get Jet’s Pizza. The rectangle pizzas with the crunchy corners are our favorite pizza.
