The first time I ordered the Detroit Style Pizza I really loved it and even though it’s rather pricey I thought it was worth it. This time though it was good, I didn’t find it to be as good as before. First off when I opened the box I think they took two four cuts that were already made and just stuck them together and made an eight cut. It didn’t seem fresh at all. I probably won’t be going back because their regular pizza I have never found to be all that special. For $26 you would think they’d go to the trouble of making you fresh, piping hot pizza, but when just now reading other’s reviews this place seems to struggle with delivering a consistently quality product. And I got to be honest I’m really disappointed because the first time that pizza was so damn good.

My pizza was much too dark and overly crispy. It is usually perfect. In my opinion, it should have been thrown out and done over. That would have been the proper thing to do.

WOW!!! This location for Jets Pizza is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! I recently moved from Michigan & have been craving Jets Pizza for months now! This branch is not that close to my new home, but it’s totally worth the drive! GRACE was super-friendly & patient, as well as very helpful when I called to place my order! (I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted online for the $5 off!) Grace had a Special Promotion for my order that saved me even more money!!! Since I LOVE Jets’ crunchy crust, Grace suggested I try one of my 4-corner pizzas (in my 8-corner order) WELL DONE, & the other one regular, so I could compare! I really appreciated that, because now I know that the well-done option is not burnt, but just extra crispy! It was AWESOME! I’ve, also, never experienced such a nice amount of toppings on my pizza! Grace assured me that they measure the toppings so that nobody gets less than they’re paying for! I’ve been a Jet’s Pizza Fan for decades & it was, hands-down, the BEST Jets Pizza I’ve EVER had, AND the price was extremely reasonable! In addition, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, BOBBY, who took care of me at the register, had such an enthusiastic, positive attitude!!! He was so pleasant & made picking up my pizza lots of FUN! He even included a coupon for my next order! THANK YOU YOU SO MUCH TO GRACE & BOBBY for helping me! My Pizza was SUPER-DELISH, this location is FANTASTIC, & I can’t wait till my next trip there! Keep up the great work, people!

I rated this based off of food and service. I ordered a large bold pepp pizza, brownie, boneless sweet chilli wings and deep dish garlic bread with cheese. First off the garlic bread tasted like nothing. Literally just tastes like bread. There was no flavor, no herbs nothing. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. So I took off a star for that. The brownie was not soft it was hard and tasted reheated it wasn’t fresh so I also removed a star for that. Now we move to the pizza, my husband said it was good I took his word for it and gave one star. And the boneless wings were hot and good. So there’s the two stars. The service was beyond trash. Very poor. Everyone talked like they hated their job and didn’t want to be there. So that’s the last star I removed. Yall have to do better. Needless to say after eating here and getting different results paying over 50 dollars I will be taking my business elsewhere. We work hard for our money. I expect my food to be right and fresh not made how YOU deem it to be made. Won’t be returning.

The pizza was absolutely disgusting. The deep dish 4 corners was not as bad. I also got a medium 8 piece. I’d rather have little ceasars. Not sure if this was a bad night or if this pizza is always like this but I won’t find out because you can’t fool me twice.

I’ve been to this spot 4 times since I moved across town. Food is always good, and made exactly as ordered. They have individual cheese slices, which I appreciate when I just need a snack. They also send great deals through the mail, so it is worth signing up for those deals

The the pizza was made just as I ordered it. It was hot fresh and delicious. I ordered the four corners pizza for the first time. The dough was absolutely buttery light and fresh. The bottom of the crust was crispy. The pizza was perfection.

We were not impressed. Customer Service needs improvement, learn to listen to detail. Pizza was still a little doughy and missing toppings that were paid for. Better luck next time, if there’s a next time.

Today (just an hour ago) was my first time getting pizza from Jet’s. By recommendation of the young lady who took my order I got the deep dish. Let me start by saying the young lady who took my order was very nice and helpful!
The pizza was bland! They loaded it with toppings but the crust was greasy yet crispy and it was very bready! The sauce had absolutely no flavor at all! Neither did the pepperoni I could however taste the fennel and a slight bit of heat in the sausage. The young lady at the counter recommended I get 2 of these so I did hoping we’d really enjoy it! What in heck am I gonna do with another pizza that taste awful?? We are a family of 4 and we all had the same consensus, just not very good at all!!
