My husband and I ordered at 8:15pm, it’s Friday and said it would arrive around 9pm. Around 935pm we called and they said it was on the road to be delivered, no problem. Around 10pm we still had not received the pizza. Called back, they say they delivered but we have no pizza. No recovery offered until my husband explained multiple times they must have delivered to the wrong address. They offered to remake it, but we didn’t want to wait another hour, had to ask the manager to refund us. Absolutely unacceptable that there was no real customer service recovery- only excuses from the manager. So frustrating.

Very disappointed. Order pizza online for delivery. Supposed to be delivered at 6:50. Waited until 7:40 (giving them the benefit of the doubt, possibly very busy) and I call. I’m informed my order has been done and waiting but they have no one to deliver. No phone call, no email, no correspondence. Very very disappointing. A simple phone call would’ve been nice. Now it’s 2 hours after I order and still no pizza. Told them cancel my order and refund my money.

They used to be the best in my opinion but the morning/lunch has been going down hill fast they have messed up are work orders the last 3 times and even though they will eventually get it right we only have so much time to eat at work thank God heavenly pizza has picked up the slack but we do miss jets

My partner and I had a really great experience here. We arrived at the Jets location and wanted to put an order in. We tried doing it through text to get the 20% off but we were having some difficulties. The guy (assuming the manager) was so kind and helped us place the order with the applied discount. And the pizza was phenomenal! I would highly recommend going to this Jets location. Great pizza and great service. Thank you!

Went to pick up a small pizza around 930, wasn’t planning on tipping but the guy working the counter was super nice so I had to go back in and leave him a few bucks. Also, the 4 corner pizza with turbo crust is unmatched

Sanitation issues! I arrived early for my order. I decided to park in front of the glass window and wait in my car. Two young workers were busy making pizzas. I watched a few minutes and noticed they weren’t wearing food prep gloves. Watched a little longer while one finished and grabbed a garbage can. He pushed it to his coworker. Both handled the trash can. Shortly after, one of them picked up the mop to clean a mess. Both resumed making pizzas. No hand washing. I went in and asked for a refund and told the manager what I seen. Never got an apology. He argued about it still being food safe because they heat the food up to 450. Got angry looks.
It’s hard for me to believe Wood County allows food handling under those circumstances. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t eat there!!

We will never know how great or how poor Jet’s pizza really is because there are NO PRICES on their website unless one goes through all the rigamarole of building the pizza, adding address and all related info BEFORE you find out what the darn thing will cost? If one were grocery shopping, this would be akin to there being NO prices on the items in the store and you only found out once you were at the register. Dumbest. Menu. Page. Evah.
