My wife and I love ordering Jets, it’s somehow become a part of the foundation of our marriage (which may or may not say a lot about us lol).
Ordering has always been accurate and quick, we’ve actually never had an issue with staff, quality, or timing aside from the occasional missed ranch on the side.
The garlic topping on the crust is our personal favorite which really takes the pizza up top. This is not a pizza for your kids 8th birthday party, this is a pizza for a young / middle age adults seeking happiness and reprieve from the world in deliciously melted cheese and well crafted crust. Enjoy.

Lunch special was very nicely prepared. Food was hot and made to order. The sauce could have been seasoned more. I understand that is not their fault just a suggestion. Store was clean and outdoor seating was available.

Good service, good pizza, not necessarily celiac safe, but didn’t cause me problems. They do say of course on their website that they are not celiac safe (no one is). I have celiac disease but I have found that I am not as sensitive as other celiacs, I can handle a tiny bit of cross contam and be okay. I HAVE had reactions from Dominos and Donatos. I have found ROMEOS is the safest option around. But I tried jets, took a few bites and waited 2 hours to see and then finished it when I didn’t have a reaction. I will say I had an extremely mild GI response but that also could have been because ya know, yummy, cheesey, greasy pizza. Overall, I liked it, but if you have celiac disease- per usual, proceed with caution. Good service and good pizza and my husband loved the non-GF pizza as well.

The last two times we order from this location they messed up our order. A small issue this time but yet still an issue. Asked for square cuts, you can tell triangle cuts were first made, then the square cuts were made leaving us with retarded pieces lol to pick up and eat.

Famous for their Detroit style deep dish it’s still a staple for anyone in Columbus. Pizza is always great, while I prefer their hand-tossed eith Turbo crust, my family always loves the classic deep dish. Boneless wings are good too and they have the best ranch at any pizza place.
