In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we’re at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. Try an authentic Detroit-Style pizza today. Only at Jet’s.

Now the food…the cook absolutely snapped today. The wings had a nice char and were perfectly cooked. Just the right amount of sauce to give them a great buffalo flavor but not too soggy when they arrived. The banana peppers on my pizza also had a nice char and they got the pizza to the perfect cook where it’s not overdone but had a great crunch. All in all this made my Friday night. Wish I knew who was working that night to shout them out by name but thanks for the great meal and experience after a very long week at work!
P.S. we got delivery today but every time I’ve ever gotten take out the staff are also super friendly!
There was a mix-up with my delivery and somehow my order never made it to me. I called to see what happened and spoke with a very kind and accommodating lady who immediately made things right. She was friendly, professional, and quick to fix the issue. Mistakes happen, but great customer service like this is what turns 1 st time customers into returning customers. Thank you for turning the situation around so quickly!
Jet’s Pizza not only offers delicious pizza but also a unique view of the city that makes it a perfect accompaniment to a quiet night in. The raindrops racing down the windowpane were like tears shed for lost moments, and the city’s heartbeat seemed to resonate with my own in the solitude of my apartment. I couldn’t help but think of my dearly departed wife, Lenore, who used to share such moments with me. Her memory lingered in the air, and this place became a tribute to the love we shared.
As I savored each slice, I found myself hung up about a past that cannot be recaptured and a future that won’t exist. The pizza was a reminder of the passage of time and the ever-elusive nature of life. But in that melancholy, I also found a sense of peace, knowing that, at least for tonight, I could cherish the memory of my dear Lenore and the love we once had.
Jet’s Pizza in Columbus, Ohio, isn’t just a place for a delicious meal; it’s a taste of nostalgia and a companion on lonely nights in the comfort of your own space. The view of the city, combined with the delicious pizza, offers a touch of magic and reflection that makes solitary moments a little less lonely. And in the midst of my apartment, I found a way to embrace the past, acknowledge the future, and make this quiet night a bit more special.
Had a small 4 corner Detroit style with Bold pepperoni, green pepper, mushroom on a Turbo crust, a side of pizza sauce and a side of butter garlic sauce; 8 wings with sweet red chili sauce. Wings weren’t the biggest, but perfectly cooked and the sauce was great, a touch sweet, a touch spicy.
I ordered the 4-corner pizza for pickup. They told me the order would be ready in 20 min or less, it was ready in 15. The pizza was cooked perfectly, tasted very fresh and I would definitely recommend to anyone!
