I’m not a huge fan of thick crust pizza, but I love this pizza. They also serve thin crust pizza which is really good. Food has always been hot and ready when picking it up. We also always get hot food when it’s delivered.

The only thing i dont care for at that store is the drive thru pick up lane. It’s really narrow and hard for a truck to fit in, thats why i do deliverymost of the time. The Turbo Cheesy bread, add bacon & jalapeños is absolutely AWESOME!

I LOVE JETS! They gave me all of the packets and sauces and drinks etc! The girl was very sweet and timely! I will be getting Jets again as this was my first time and is now my favorite.. Also, remember that not everything you read is true! Some people are simply dramatic 🙂

I ordered ahead and showed up a few minutes after the ‘ready’ time to ensure it was ready for pickup.
After the lady at the register had me pay, I was told after that they had to remake my pizza and it would be a couple minutes. I asked her why she didn’t tell me before having me pay and she said it should only be like 5 to 8 minutes. That didn’t answer my question, and when I told her 2 is a couple, 5 to 8 isn’t. She told me “at least it’s not 10” and walked away. Unprofessional and flippant, I probably won’t be back.

We ordered a BLT pizza that was less than satisfactory. We tasted no bacon or mayonnaise. It was like thick crust with too much lettuce and tomato. Seriously, it had absolutely no flavor! It was very disappointing. This was our first time to try this Jets and probably the last. Too expensive for lettuce and tomato on crust.

The staff were nice and prompt. The food, however… We ordered a one topping NY style pizza and some Jet’s Bread. Everything was burned and insanely greasy. Nothing tasted good. Not worth the high prices. They definitely lost a customer.

Please open a store in Lima Ohio please! The pizza in Ohio sucks and I just moved to Ohio from Michigan!! I have to drive over an hour just for JETS when I crave pizza!! I will have to call headquarters in Sterling Heights and demand it lol I know a few peeps there hopefully they will listen to me lol .
