I really love Jet’s, we’ve always enjoyed their pizza! We get the Detroit style which isn’t everyone’s jam, but they do it SO WELL!! And even as a person who isn’t the biggest ranch fan, the homemade ranch is killer here! They’re always fast and the pizza is always fresh, I definitely recommend it!

I wrote a bad review of this place 2 years ago I just currently deleted it. This place has turned around a lot since I wrote the last review. Me and my wife currently just had a baby so we have been eating a lot of take out and she requests jets a lot. Every Time I have gone in for the last couple of times Ron has helped me absolutely nothing to complain about service and food is perfect at this point I will and I have recommended jets to other people

I agree with the other posters in that it’s a bit pricey at about $14 for a small (6 slice) specialty pizza. But wow, it has a ton of flavor and was a much welcome “different” experience from the chain from GA that has the initials MM. If you’ve never tried Detroit style pizza, I definitely think you need to give this place a try.

OTR Truck driver and wanted to grab a pizza tired of the same ol chains decided to give these guys a try and Me and my wife are glad we did … friendly people and very ,very awesome pizza… fresh toppings and real pizza dough definitely will be coming back here at the Bowling Green KY location…

App supposedly showed order progress, but was apparently stuck on “making.” I figured 15 minutes after the stated 25 minutes was up I’d just go see it it was ready and of course it was sitting there getting cold. I ordered well done, but it was actually undercooked. The onions were completely raw and the pepperoni was barely warmed. The basic quality of the ingredients was good. I had a couple pieces for lunch. For dinner I put 2 pieces in my air fryer for 10 minutes at 350 and it was much much better. I like the Detroit style. I *might* get it again but I’d rather not have to go to the trouble of finishing the bake myself at home.

I dunno what kind of drugs your new management is on, but just ended a shouting match after an initially polite phone call with a manager that essentially called me a liar about my order. Not only did they get my order wrong for the fourth time in a row, but it was late for the third. I’ve called numerous times politely telling them that DoorDash delivery has been running late and have been promised two free pizzas (which were never credited to my account) yet I still ordered because I like Jets pizza. Never again. Luckily I thought to record my phone calls today, and I need time to think about what I will do about it. Great pizza, smart mouths and Backpfeifengesicht over the phone won’t help the business. I won’t forget.
