Had a pizza, and a salad delivered. Pizza was absolutely delicious. Baked thoroughly with a nice crispy crust and deep dish. Baked to perfection. Abundance of variety of fresh vegetables! The salad was gracious portion. Could have had more salad dressing. The ranch dressing had good flavor. The best pizza have had in ages. Delivery was prompt. Order easily placed on online.

First impressions are EVERYTHING!! Very disappointing, I ordered a deep dish Jet 10 pizza for pick up. The first bite had the taste of ingredients that was either in the freezer to long or not properly covered resulting in a freezer burn taste.
I called to expressed the pizza had the taste of freezer burn, though the individual who answered the phone expressed that everything was made fresh every morning, including the pizza dough as well as vegetables prep and any left over ingredients were tossed out at the end of each night.
I felt bad for who took the call, who later shared he was the dishwasher, so I reframed from expressing that what he was sharing was not reflecting my experience with my order.
I’m about support locally owned businesses and there are too many other pizza choices, I chose Jets. I will not be ordering from there again.

Couldn’t rate the atmosphere as we ordered delivery. We tried jets for the first time while staying at a nearby hotel. Even with specific boundaries which we understand, our Jets driver delivered to us! That kindness goes a long way! Pizza and buffalo wings were excellent! We will order from THIS location again on our next trip 🙂

This was my first but not last time to Jets Pizza. I loved th pizza style and freshness. The customer service was absolutely the middle of the perfect service. Here’s why…. I received a coupon in the mail and not knowing went to the wrong location. I believe was the right choice of location. They seen how upset at my location choice I was and took it apone themselves to make the coupon their own. Not only were they kind with service over and beyond but the pizza stood on its own. I will go back for both the food and service. Thank you gentlemen for giving me a much needed evening with my family.

Ordered a deep dish sausage pizza with wings. They call and say they are out of sausage. I tell them switch to pepperoni and they said it would be ready in 15-20. I show up 30 minutes later. Told they are out of deep dish and they tried to call me. I tell them I spoke with them. They said out of sausage and I said go with it. Now I sit here for another 20 minutes because they didn’t start our food. Also guy on phone has no phone manners and convo skills.

My pick up order said it should be ready at 6:18 pm. I didn’t receive my food until approximately 645 after going up to the counter twice and asking for it. I was given someone else’s pizza and the wrong wings. The jet boat was the only correct part of my order. I asked for a refund for the pizza and I was told they would take my name down and refund it later that night because they were really busy. I am still waiting on my refund. Today is Monday and this was Friday. I’m hoping it will show up and they are still going to honor my refund. I usually have a good experience at this location but not this time.

We order a large, some wings ,a 2 liter of sprite 35.00 order the robot kept add a second bottle of sprite so we just let it go got to the couter the lady behind the counter could not talk beyond a whisper and could never understand stand us or find our order and yes my wife repeated it 5 times 2 feet from the lady so we just gave up and left without anything and yes we did not pay for anything, we did go to Wal-Mart food sectionby a great extra large veggie pizza and a 2 liter of sprite for 10 bucks it was great. Though we like jets pizza and have for years this was a most disappointing experience.

This location is doing a promo for the texting ordering (you get 20% off of your pizza). The ordering process was kinda a gimmick and I think it would just be faster to do it online but the extra cash off made it worth trying out. Essentially you text them your pizza order, then they text you a link to pay, then they send you a time estimate and that’s about it.

The BBQ chicken pizza from this place absolutely slaps every single time. The crust is always perfect and the price is reasonable for the product. And the staff is so friendly. Keep it up, Jets!
