I have been visiting this Jets location for sometime as it is near my house. They’ve recently gone under new ownership. Well, I never had a problem before the customer service here is much better and appreciated. It’s always nice to hear someone ask you if there’s anything else they can help you with. Politeness goes along way ways with me. A good place became a great place.

Jet’s Pizza is great! We both love their pizza so much, we have completely stopped ordering from other pizza places. My husband so enjoys their bone-in wings, as well, esp. the choices of sauces. Lastly, when they say our food will be delivered by X time, it’s here or is early (unlike another pizza place that says our order will be arriving at X time, then hands it off to a door dash dasher which adds 15-20 minutes to the original delivery time every time). Since we always order delivery, I can’t say much about atmosphere but based on everything else, I gave them 5 stars for atmosphere.

We order from Jets often. The best tasting pizza in the area in our opinion. Love the BLT 4 corner and standard or spicy pepperoni. Always friendly staff – mostly pick up as the delivery time has been brutal in the past (1+ hour irrespective of what you get or when you order) and you pay a lot more with fees + tip. Seems to encourage pick-up. I’ve never seen people eat there – but there are a few tables which are mostly used for people waiting.

Stopped in today to grab a slice to hold me over before dinner. They had a two slice and pop special for under $8. Excellent price. I thought they were premade and I could just grab and go, but they make them fresh so I had to wait about 10 minutes. The wait was worth it though. The pizza was delicious and one slice filled me up. I brought the second one home and my husband devoured it and said he was ordering a whole pie. It will absolutely be added to our rotation of pizza places.

The food and service here are amazing! Stopping by after a long day to be greeted by excellent customer service and a warm, inviting atmosphere was wonderful. The Detroit-style pizza was fresh and delicious. I’m looking forward to many more experiences at this location!

The restaurant is clean and spotless. And the four corner pepperoni pizza is really good. Thick with plenty of flavor.
They have tables to sit at. Though, it’s a large, white, pizza workspace designed for takeout.

Great experience at Jet’s Pizza under the new management! The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable. Loved the little entertainment touches too. Definitely coming back!

BLT pizza sounded crazy. Lettuce and tomato on a pizza? I was afraid to buy it but I risked it, OMG best pizza EVER!!!!!
Edit: I love the pizza everything great. Customer service is poor and delivery times are horrible. I call and order I am told 1 hour. Long time but fine, I receieve after 1h 30m and its not hot. I no like call but I do, the manager apologizes and remakes food. I wait near same time again and wow same issue. Very frustrated I call again. She offered $10 credit and only apologized to me, said she did not know what else she could do. Provide hot pizza when customer order hot pizza? I order hot food to be hot, at least nice and warm. 2x one day. No credit needed I can’t order here no more. Sorry.
