I had a really frustrating start to my order using Jet’s text-message chatbot. It repeated the order back to me and sounded correct, but it actually messed up a key part of the order for my girlfriend. I reordered through the chatbot and, again, it read back what seemed right — but it still wasn’t.
Because I was driving in from a good distance during early-evening traffic, I called the 25th Avenue North location to ask them to hold the order for about 10 minutes. That’s when J-O-E-Y absolutely saved the night.
J-O-E-Y took the time to read the ticket exactly as it appeared on their system — and it was completely different from what the chatbot had told me. The order was wrong altogether. He immediately canceled the text order, rebuilt the order correctly for a half-and-half New York-style pizza, and made sure it was ready when I arrived.

Awesome pizza and wings! Both was absolutely delicious. We aren’t from the area and never had Jet’s Pizza before but it was the highest rated Pizza place in the area so we gave it a try. It definitely did not disappoint! Estimated delivery time was supposed to be an hour when we placed our order online and it was here in 35 minutes. Delivery driver was nice and friendly. 5 stars!

They towed my car despite no signs saying the parking lot belonged to Jets only. When I went inside to understand why, their employees were incredibly rude and threatened to call the police on me. All I wanted to understand was why they towed my car but immediately got met with rudeness and intimidation. Will never come back to this business.

I Door dashed two jet boats-calzone and man they were very delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again while here in Nashville. I ordered from this place a 2nd time, and the pizza was very delicious

The people are cool on the phone. The text bot tho, that ho needs to be upgraded with a tracking feature because helicopter customers like me need a hit of data every 30 min to feel good the first time we order. Pizza was good. Not much left. 🙂

I ordered slices and came within 10 mins of ordering, just to be given old pizza. I told the manager that I would like my order to be made fresh than he said ok. When I got home it was the the same pizzas but put back into the oven just reheated. The pizzas was hard and burnt.

We ordered from the 25th Avenue location, in advance, for our homecoming party bus.
The service and food were both excellent.. and yes, the order was ready on time.
We will definitely make this restaurant part of our normal rotation.
