I stopped by on Sunday around 9 PM and had such a great experience The vibe was super chill, and the team working that night was awesome. There were three people on shift, and every single one of them was friendly, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor It honestly made the visit a lot more enjoyable. You could tell they cared about making customers feel welcome. Whoever was working the evening shift on August 17 before closing definitely deserves some recognition — maybe even a raise! Great energy and great service all around.

Today’s pie was a rare miss. Way too much sauce and WAY too little cheese. When your customers are paying upwards of $25 for a pizza, you cannot skimp on that cheese that you boast so much about.

We usually LOVE Jet’s pizza, when we lived in east Nashville. This particular Franklin location needs some work. Here are pics of last night’s dinner. The driver was ok with handing us this and felt it was an acceptable delivery. When we called the store, they don’t do refunds or credits. Just offered to send out another pizza, complete with a 40 min wait. No thanks. Also, was disappointed in the pizza itself. Oddly lacked flavor and the thin crust was stiff, but chewy… Wont be ordering Jet’s in Franklin again.

Supposedly they close at 10. We got here at 9:30 and they were already closed. I understand last minute customers can suck but the lady working saw us and went to the back to avoid us. Other times we’ll get attended great but I don’t know why they decided to close early.

Placed reorder for delivery. The system changed us to pickup. When I went to get it, they informed me the order had been cancelled. When I reached out for a refund, they said it would arrive in 3 days. It has now been 2 weeks. Nobody in the store claims to have the authority to help.

This Jet’s pizza has always had great service. They are super happy and are pleasant with anyone who comes into the store. We’ve had large orders and wait related to the amount of pizza ordered. We’ve always had the best experiences and enjoy the food! The managers, male and female, are always smiling and truly enjoy “feeding” people. If you want good food, great service, and an all-around fun experience, order from this Jets. They are a great group of folks!
