Called in an order somewhat late and got the automated service. Something went wrong and to correct it got transferred to a human… By this time it was rather late, however the employee was super friendly and understanding! Manny and Nick allowed me to continue placing my order and stayed a little later to ensure we got our food that we originally planned for. They went over and beyond to give great customer service tonight and it was very much appreciated! Good job guys! And the pizza is amazing!

Second time I ordered here. Second time the order was not placed. Lies. So I understand you don’t have the cream of the crop however. When you show the text To order receipt and then the manager comes out and says oh I’ll give you a discount. The discount is the same as what my price was that I ordered and I sit there for 15 more minutes the product came out. So
I asked the lady I got just give me a ranch she goes yeah I have to charge her for that so stupid. This place is a joke. It’s the third time. Then the manager or the guy who rolls out in the minivan the same thing happened to them. You Would think the guy would take a little initiative when he knows there’s problems going on, but this is typical for this location. pizza didn’t taste good at all yuck.

It was really good. I’m from MD and we don’t have this pizza, can’t wait to come back to FL and have it again. I love that it’s actually cooked, a little dark and crispy. I asked for some garlic powder and they ordered to put it on the crust, SO GOOD.

Welcome to Sarasota. Grew up in the Detroit area where Jets is based. Worked for a supplier to Jets for years. They are the real deal. Make it all at their stores. Excellent ingredients. Grande mozzarella says it all. True Detroit style deep dish is the best.

This is a new location. Employees were rude. I called after 48 mins asking where pizza was. It was just going into oven. It wasn’t the wait that irritated me it was the attitude of employees…. The pizza was undercooked and had no sauce. Use the Fruitville Rd location. They are great.

This business is posting fraudulent advertising on Facebook. This ad was run in Sarasota and it says free pizza but there was no free pizza. There is no free pizza. So I’d like to know where my free pizza coupon is. Otherwise this would be false advertising. This is clearly a deceptive ad according to FTC Truth in advertising act.

Honestly this pizza does not taste good. The pizza sauce dosent taste good quality and they charge $8 for delivery and have the audacity to ask you if you want to leave a tip. Kinda of ridiculous guys.

Horrible app that overlays its website, glitchy rewards program that requires a seperate login and now temporarily closed at a new location. Maybe you should permanently shut down. I advise others to find better chains/pizza restaurants that know how to operate.
