Dropped in for a quick lunch bite. Wanted Jets deep dish pizza two slices and a soda for $ 7.49 . NOT BAD. and can’t forget the honey BBQ wings.
I have been frequenting this Jets location for quite some time, ever since I moved to this area.
I am curious as to why, after spending one’s hard-earned money at an establishment, an employee might simply stare at a customer upon their approach to the counter, as if questioning their presence or purpose. I found myself waiting for the employee to initiate conversation. I wonder why it is often perceived as the customer’s responsibility to speak first in such situations.
The service at this location can be inconsistent, but this is what I encountered today.
I have generally had positive experiences here, but today was not one of them.
Perhaps the owner of this establishment might consider providing additional training to their employees on how to properly greet patrons who choose to spend their hard earned money here.

Ordered pizza Friday on line. Paid on line. Checked bank account today and not only did Jets charge for pizza but now additional charges showing up on bank statement. Called and person said he was the manager then he said to hold on. A woman came on by the name of Madison and said she was manager. Then she told me she was the owner. Told me to bring in my bank statement to show her! I have canceled my card and have to travel to my bank 35 miles away yo replace card! A vacation nightmare! DO NOT ORDER JETS PIZZA ON LINE! If you order on line check your bank records for added charges and double charges. Pizza was subpar at best. Will have to prove on Monday that I am not a liar!

Pizza wise great. Ordering online, driving, picking up, then driving home myself and adding a “tip” button on the store POS or website? Um no. But they can tip and pay me the “delivery free” for being my own delivery service.

If I could start one of these up north where I live, I’d put all the pizzerias out of business! The deep dish crust is AMAZING!
Unfortunately, my husband has been on no carbs/ sugar this year but we did a splurge on the Jets 10 but with thin crust and even that was excellent!
This is the one thing we get as soon as we make it back down lol.

When you’re from Michigan and you’re visiting North Fort Myers and you simply want that delicious 8 corner goodness.
Lo and Behold they have a JET’S PIZZA!!!
And everything wonderful about the Michigan locations is there in Florida AND they have sunshine in the winter!!!

Disappointed in the delivered pizza tonight. Received my pizza cold and a bit well done. They were going to send another one but for some reason it took three call backs to me to see which pizza I had called about. Asked them to just forget about the new pizza. So much for dinner…

I called and order a large Detroit style cheese pizza with light tomato sauce. I received the opposite from light tomato sauce. The pizza was drenched in tomato sauce and I had to peel the cheese layer back to scoop out most of the sauce. Needless to say that my experience tonight was a major let down.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this establishment has clearly gone down over the past few years I don’t know if it’s because their understaffed or if the management has changed but I’m highly disappointed. I called to place my order on a monday and a young man picked up the phone and seemed very disinterested in what I had to say and seemed like he was rushing to get me off the phone. Then when I actually went to pick up my order a man with a manbun made me feel unwelcomed and even more rushed. Overall very disappointing I won’t be back to this location.

Ok, its not a deal if you’re so called 5$ coupon is damn near the same as your 15% off. There’s really no deal AND since it’s the only place in the area that delivers, you’re stuck if you’re physically exhausted and getting over a cold!!! Searching for better in the future!!!!!
