Went out golfing today, and needed a quick bite after. If you haven’t been to Jet’s, what are you doing? Get yourself down there and get a pie. 10/10, crust was perfect, sauce ratio was awesome, and the overall taste and texture was phenomenal. What a great little place, and such friendly staff. 1,000/10 would recommend if you love a good pizza

I ordered 5 large deep dish pizzas for my work team as I’ve been telling them how great Detroit style pizza is (native Michigander), and everyone loved it! Got the pepperoni and mushroom, chicken bacon ranch, mighty meaty, double cheese, and the pepperoni specialty pizzas and they were all well-cooked, hot and delicious! Definitely recommend!

Have to edit because to add insult to injury I ordered a brownie and got a cookie. At this point I want a refund.
I have always loved Jets but the service at this location is awful. They don’t read the instructions for delivery they will give your food to any random person on the street. And then when you call and ask why you didn’t receive a call when delivering as you wrote on the delivery instructions they lack any accountability and say oh well the driver didn’t do anything wrong. Is it normal for a delivery place to not read instructions for delivery? I’ve lived here 6 months and never had an issue with any other place corporate, privately owned, DoorDash. The person on the phone tried lecturing me and saying that my neighbors were bad awful people who steal,…. Um for what? I wrote clear instructions. Not only that but the driver saw me come out and instead of putting two and two together and telling me, “oh that guy has it”- HE SPED AWAY AS I GOT CLOSER!! I thought maybe someone pulled in by mistake that’s how fast he was gone once he saw me.
Anyways when I asked my neighbor (who would never eat any fast food or anything with seed oils as he is older/concerned about his health) about it he said his brothers name is Chris. His brother was over so he thought he ordered it, for context my name is Grace.
He said that he confirmed with the driver twice that it was for CHRIS since he wasn’t aware of any order and twice the driver said yes. But sure it’s not the drivers fault. I’m sure my neighbors are thieves(they brought me $40 cash they felt so bad about it, I denied it because it’s not THEIR fault) and it’s not the drivers fault they can’t read. – a very Hangry person who waited 2 hours for a $36 pizza.

So. I was craving a slice of pizza. I ordered two slices. I ordered close to 9pm. They ended up giving me a small pizza, whole pie, 4 slices and it’s flipping delicious. I’m not saying this would happen to everyone lol but it was so kind and they were so nice even close to closing time!

I am truly amazed on the professionalism,and knowledge of the new store manager Aron. I come in from time to time and normally just to get a quick slice. I’m greeted by a kind gentleman while his name was on his shirt he still introduced himself to me. I did not know of just how big the menu is and he walked me through it from start to finish. I hope he stays there . He is an asset to the company and easily got me too change from a slice to a 4 corner pizza which was delicious. I will definitely be returning and I hope to get him again there were 3 other customers who received the same treatment as I did. If there were more than 5 stars I would give it more. Hopefully corporate or the owner aka whoever is above him sees this and sees his worth.

Easy to use website to place orders, can customize very easy online. Can also text order. Was ready on time. Loved the Greek salad, really enjoyed the beats in theirs, a lot of places don’t use beets. A little pricey for the amount of food you get but overall I enjoyed it.

Used to order pizzas at Jet’s Pizza in RBP. However, the last experience has caused me to never do business with this establishment. Pizzas ordered at 5:44 pm for delivery promised to be delivered at 6:29 pm. It is 7:48 pm no pizzas requested full refund. Manager agreed and said that the pizzas will still be delivered as a gesture. The man cannot keep his word.
