I ordered Jets through Uber Eats tonight after seeing them at the Jumbo Shrimp game last night! I ordered the three cheese breadsticks, a make your own four corners pizza, a house salad, and a brownie pie. First of all, the portions are great for the price and will definitely feed multiple people. The flavors are perfect, crust is an awesome blend of crispy and fluffy, and the sauce portions are HUGE! I thought I was ordering a slice of brownie but it’s apparently the whole pie and you’re not gunna hear me complain – it’s so chocolately and thankfully comes pre cut for sharing. I will definitely be ordering from Jets again – so glad to have given it a try!

First off, if you aren’t ordering from here for pizza I don’t know what you’re doing with your life. The ingredients, the service, the people. I’ve just never had a bad experience. Even when they got the wrong order the owner immediately rectified it. I’ve got the pickiest eaters but one thing they agree on is a Detroit style, perfectly buttery and crisp crust pizza from Jets. Shout out to the whole staff, and owner!

Rarely in these days can I say that a business or person truly goes above and beyond. I recently placed an order for Jet’s Pizza using Grubhub because I live in West-Jacksonville; outside of their delivery area. I ordered a large pizza, small pizza, a salad, and several extra dipping sauces. On the app, I tipped the Grubhub driver $15 because I assumed (and hoped) that everything would go as planned.
After waiting almost 50 minutes, my Grubhub driver arrived. He proceeded to hand me a bag of my dipping sauces, and nothing else! No pizzas anywhere in sight! I asked him where the rest of my order was, and he just stared at me and mumbled some words. I’m guessing he was probably from Somalia or somewhere from that region based on his name and accent. He spoke no English at all and apparently could not read English either. I showed him the order on my app, and he just kept staring at me. I pointed to my order on his phone and he just appeared to be confused. After expressing some frustration, I called Jet’s Pizza directly and the manager answered. He was very understanding and a worker in the background could be heard saying that she had told the Grubhub driver to wait, but he just grabbed the one bag and left. Obviously since I ordered through a 3rd party app, Jet’s was not responsible or liable for my order in any way. I asked the Grubhub driver if he would go back and get my order and he would not respond.
The Jet’s manager stated that he wanted to make this right and offered to remake my order because it had been sitting for a while and have one of his drivers deliver it to me directly. He didn’t realize at the time that I was so far outside of their delivery area, but he followed through with his promise regardless. The Grubhub driver was refusing to leave unless I provided him with a delivery code. I refused (because he didn’t bring my order) and I almost had to call the police. I quickly found a way to make him leave.
After about 45 minutes, the Jet’s Pizza driver arrived and to my surprise, he brought the original order (which was still good) and also the newly remade order! I am not used to truly outstanding customer service like that in these days and times. I thanked the driver and tipped him $50.00 for driving all the way to my home. The manager and the entire staff went way above and beyond; even when they didn’t have to. Unfortunately, I won’t be using Grubhub again, so I’ll only be able to get Jet’s Pizza if I drive to Orange Park, but they definitely have my true appreciation and respect!
I did call Grubhub after the fact and was pleased with their resolution. But, I will never use them or any other 3rd party apps every again!

Orange Park is not typically known for a lot unfortunately, however, Jet’s Pizza is definitely a diamond in the rough.
The place is small and has a simple pizza menu, but is freshly made and the crush very crunchy. From the time I ordered, I waited probably no longer than 10 minutes for my food.
My only complaint is that this restaurant is not dine in and customers must do take out. Definitely recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a quick bite to eat.

Well I guess advertising really works, because both my hubby and I had seen the ads on social media separately over the last 2 weeks and we woke up this morning and decided we wanted to try it. We got to meet Isaiah. Cool dude.
So the hype is real! My husband: “This $xx+ is on point”! “ This piece is pretty good, I don’t even mind being stuck in traffic. 8/10”.
We had the thin crust and 8 corners, 3 drinks and left a $10 tip.
More of the review to come. Gotta eat or my hunky hubby is gonna eat it all before I get a chance!

Amazing pizza 10 stars. Miami native so we know about good pizza in Miami. Mellow mushroom and V pizza is alright. Brock House Pizza Ponte Vedra my favorite place. If you want deep dish pizza this place is good and lots of cheese on the pizza.

Read all the reviews, it was time to try it! They actually had a special when I’d ordered. $4.44 small, one topping. I ended up ordering 3 pizzas, Jet10 all meat, veggie and cheese, for pickup. I was not expecting a line!!!! They were definitely busy! The pizza was good, but a little burnt on the edges. I know people rave about it, but, I prefer a different shop. Still, I will give them 4 stars. The staff was friendly, fast and attentive to each customer and that’s a good thing!

Jets Pizza taste Fantastic! I was introduced to this experience by a family member. We’ve gone back to Jets a few times since then and order when we have gatherings. Give Jets Pizza a try, especially their Detroit style pizza. It’s Yum, Yum Delicious!!!

I always get the same order for pickup. When I call they already know what I ordered previously and it’s ready shorty after. I never have to wait long. They offered me garlic butter on the crust and I said yes. I couldn’t wait till I got home so I ended up eating it nice and hot in my car. It was delicious!

They have the best pizza around! The sauce taste like real seasoned tomato sauce. The cheese is so good and the toppings are always fresh! We order here almost weekly ♀️
