In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we’re at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. Try an authentic Detroit-Style pizza today. Only at Jet’s.

The staff and food here are always top-notch! I work in the area regularly, and this location never lets me down. You can always count on that classic Detroit-Style Deep Dish—loaded with fresh ingredients and those signature caramelized cheesy edges that hit every time.
It’s also super convenient—right off 400 and Abernathy—making it the perfect stop for dinner on the way home. As a Detroit native, I can confidently say this is the best Detroit-Style Pizza in Georgia. Jet’s has stayed true to its roots, preserving the original flavor and formula that built the one and only true Detroit-style pizza empire. Highly recommend!
The quality and taste exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be returning for more. If you’re a fan of deep-dish or Detroit-style pizza, this is a must-try. Highly recommend!
Placed order at 6:30pm and was quoted an hour. About an hour and 15 minutes pass, so we call again. Was told the order was picked up by DoorDash and should arrive soon. Waited another 30 minutes and did not receive anything.
Called back and they said since they use DoorDash to deliver (not by my choice), they had no way to track the order, and I had to call them myself. I did, and the woman at DoorDash could not get a hold of the driver. Asked if I wanted to cancel my order, I replied yes, and she said she would but had to transfer me back to Jet’s for a refund.
This is where it gets super frustrating. I speak to the manager who confirms me original order was picked up but must have been stolen by the driver. He claimed there was another driver there already and they were remaking my order (not sure why I never got a call). I said this is fine; please still deliver. Another 30 minutes pass with nothing (he said it would be to me in 15 minutes). I call and speak with him again, and he tells me the second order was cancelled too since I cancelled the DoorDash order the first time?? Makes no sense, since he confirmed the 2nd order would make it to me despite the cancellation and supposedly had someone there waiting to send it to me.
After all this (3+ hours total) , I got a quick apology, $10 off my next order, and hung up on.
The presence of this foreign object in the sauce significantly detracted from the meal. It’s crucial for food establishments, especially popular chains, to maintain stringent hygiene standards to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
While their pizza usually has its merits in taste and quality, the discovery of the hair in the sauce was a considerable setback. I hope the chain takes necessary measures to enforce better quality control to prevent such occurrences in the future.
