I ordered delivery from Jets Pizza in Herndon for dinner, and overall, it was a solid experience. The delivery was prompt, arriving in under 30 minutes, even during what seemed like a busy evening rush. I went with their classic cheese pizza, and I have to say, the quality is there: fresh toppings, plenty of cheese that pulls just right, and that signature Detroit style crust that’s crispy on the edges with a nice chew inside. It’s hearty and satisfying, especially if you’re in the mood for something substantial.
That said, I think my enjoyment was tempered a bit because I’m more of a New York style pizza fan: thin, foldable slices with that tangy sauce dominance. Jets’ thicker, square cut pies are great for what they are, but they didn’t quite hit the spot for me in the same way. Still, if Detroit style is your thing, this place delivers reliably. I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5 and might order again for their wings or salads next time. Decent spot for the area!

I just had my first Jet’s Pizza. I got the small size with half pepperoni and half cheese. The sauce was not as robust as I thought it would be that’s why I’m giving the food 4 stars. The sauce is definitely more evident and tasty with the cheese slice. The customer service staff did a good job of describing their Pizza. I do think they should offer more sides to their orders. Overall it was a good experience at Jet’s Pizza in Herndon.

Edit: I ordered 8-corner, half veggie and half buffalo chicken ranch. Just as expected, the pizza was amazingly delicious! my tastebuds were blessed and rejoicing. I did a pickup and the pizza was ready pretty quick. Jet’s is an expensive pizza place but the quality of ingredients and the crunchy crust makes it worth every dollar. If more branches open I can easily see it taking over other pizza chains in the area. Do yourself a favor and order some Jet’s Pizza rn!

I enjoyed their gluten free pizza. I never get to have Detroit style pizza anymore, and I missed not being stuck with a veggie crust, or worse, a salad. I appreciate that they clearly went to some effort to successfully prevent cross contamination. I will order from here again if I’m ever in the area.

This is a great pizza joint. It’s a Detroit Style Pizza… thick, heavy and a delicious crunch. The All Meaty was really really good… all of them were (Hawaiian and Pepperoni).

We got some flyers dropped at our office and we tried their pizzas today. If we could rate over 5 stars we would do it! Our whole team loved the Detroit style pizza, we ordered five different flavors, Aloha Barbecue, Jet10, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Cheese and All meaty. Order was ready as scheduled. The Detroit deep style ( square cut) is chunky, two portions gothe long way. Thanks and we will see you soon!

This is outside seating only, where you pick up your pizza and sit. No servers. The gluten free pizza was so good I thought they made a mistake and gave me regular dough. It’s not cauliflower crust and is the thickest dough I’ve seen sold at restaurants outside of Chicago. Finally a thin pizza that tastes good. However the portion is small and the pie and toppings are expensive. So if you’re over a thin crust, this place hits.
