I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Despite the somewhat limited menu, I believe it suited the establishment perfectly.
The customer service was exceptional – friendly and prompt.
While the location is primarily designed for takeout, I appreciated the two outdoor tables and enjoyed dining there.
The food was absolutely fantastic, with a delightful blend of heat (although very light) and flavors. Although I didn’t request particularly spicy dishes, I realized afterwards that specifying my preference would have been beneficial (as at least for me, more spice was needed). Additionally, the meat could have used a touch more salt, but that’s an easy adjustment. Overall, I’m definitely planning to return.

Jessy’s really has the most delicious Indian dishes and everything is cooked fresh to order! After ordering from here a few times I asked if they ever make any vegetable dishes, since they’re not on the menu. I was told yes and asked what I would like. They have since made aloo gobi, bhindi masala and vegetable korma for me on request in advance. Every dish is fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. We’ve also enjoyed the butter chicken and chicken masala and the fried rice…all very good! I can’t wait to see what they make next time.
Update: tried 3 new dishes today, 2 items were “off the menu specials”. The garlic shrimp and chicken korma were particularly good! Everything is always so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this takeout restaurant, even if you’re not familiar with Indian food! You won’t be disappointed!

My meal was amazing and the owners gave me a great vibe!! I decide to try out this spot on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. I got the coconut fish curry and my significant other got the coconut shrimp curry… So yummy! We also got an order of samosas, and they were delicious as well. I will definitely be back to try the butter chicken! A great and fresh addition to our town☺️

I had the pleasure of visiting this hidden gem in Abbeville Louisiana this past week. I had the Indian Chicken Curry which was Excellent!!!. The spices were just right and the chicken itself was cooked very well and not dry. This was a simple dish with Amazing Flavor . Also to note I was able to meet the owners they were very nice and helpful . I can’t wait to go again and try some more of their interesting and delicious food.

Absolutely delicious, authentic Indian food!! I was so pleasantly surprised to find this gem! We didn’t realize it was a drive in place, but there are tables outside where we got to sit and enjoy our lunch. Do yourself a favor and try the butter chicken! Enough to share for a meal, and absolutely delicious!!

The garlic shrimp came with vegetables, which was a good surprise. There was lots and lots of tasty sauce in the coconut shrimp curry. And samosas, as always, were tasty. It’s a better place for take out than eating at the restaurant.
