I want to like this place, and I stop in every couple of months to try it again, but the service there is just terrible. There’s no system in place for taking orders, you can see it while you’re there, it’s painful to watch. Some guys finish their own orders, other’s just abandon them at the counter for whoever to finish up (without actually passing it along to anyone), and they’re slow as heck because everyone working seems to be wondering around doing their own thing. Which is wild that the place looks great, the food is good, but they simply just can’t complete an order. C’mon, just assign someone to the register and throw away that stupid bell, it’s embarrassing that it’s even there. There’s never anyone manning the register, so all the customers are just left hanging. They also seem to prioritize online/phone orders over people who are actually there waiting, you can’t even go there on the weekend unless you want to wait 90 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Get it together, every time I leave there I’m thinking that’s the last time. There’s other places around, I seriously doubt I go back. I gave it a star because the food is decent.

My husband used to visit here a lot growing up. Stopped by on vacation & enjoyed an egg, bacon & cheese on the softest roll & fresh tasty chicken salad sandwich. Outstanding food & service. They even let him use their restroom. Selection of take-home snacks are also extensive, including Wise chips & Entemanns.

The meal i’m eating right now is at least my 10th from Jessen’s. They’re a quality hometime american vibes deli. This sandwich isn’t the best i’ve had nor was the service the best. Just don’t come here. They always have an attitude or rude. Like others say I try every so often to come here and each time I’m reminded why I don’t. There are plenty of other great delis in the area I can spend my hard earned money with great service.

I loved everything about this place. I ordered an egg sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed. Coffee was excellent and service was on point. They have a hot food section that I was talking to the guys that work there and they said they make a lot of bowls.Gotta watch them carbs!!! I’ll be back for one of them bowls.

This is my number one place to go for a good sandwich, and catering order. Everything is always fresh, the place is immaculately clean the food is delicious and the service is great. You must go there and try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
